“HOW DID YOU GET HERE?” I get this question a lot. I wish that I could transport you into what it feels like for me on this white jaguar stallion, with RSD pipes, me in my RSD black leather, to pull up into a little mountain town like this. Logistics: I started out this journey leaving Santiago, Chile, with stock Indian Scout Bobber Kenda K761 tires. . About 10,000 miles (16,093km) later, it was time for some new rubber... which is a pretty good run, maybe because I was on softer ground so often. . Indian sent Pirelli MT60RS tires to the Polaris dealership in Cuenca, Ecuador. Polaris has an arrangement with the Yamaha Center in Cuenca, where they helped me put the new tires on. These Pirelli tires have been better for all the dirtier, off-road situations I find myself in here in South America. At the WHEELERS MC in Cuenca... a bunch of Harley riding, rowdy outlaws. . Just kidding, they’re actually some of the sweetest humans ever! Usually when I find some time in good wifi, I try to create videos of various clips from the road and then attempt to upload them, often unsuccessfully. . What I’m left with are these little bits of footage that are so fun to look back on, including the music I was listening to at the time. . The moments are simple— rolling through a quaint town or exclaiming to myself about animals, but these small moments make up my life here out on the road. .
