but I've also read that a prolonged chase would give you research! which now I know is simply....not true.

bad misinfo had me running around in circles having to keep the twisteds on me for research for like. 30-45 seconds.

u can get research by:

getting spotted by a twisted (eye icon+ BUM sound)

2 research capsules on a floor

before that bad misinfo I thought the one way to guarantee I got research would be to be hit by the twisted

new players, who have not read up and spoiled themselves on the game like craaazy do NOT KNOW how to ensure getting research

I figured out that you can claim trinkets from 100% twisteds when I was halfway done with the game

I've been using wrench+speedy shoes (bcs i am smart enough to think "oh empty trinket spots? I need those for peak performance!!!" and immiediately think abt what would help me and purchase wrench/speedy shoes, because those seem smart

I had to get into a teeny tiny scrabble arguement with someone over "wrench is better than magnifying glass" and be told that. no. no it isn't look at what most players are wearing, it's magnifying glass.

(It's also how I figured out it's POSSIBLE to see other people's trinkets and had a fun problem figuring how to turn it on. eventually toggle logouts on were made and wrench was swapped to magnifying glass)

idk how i figured out part award was super good, but I did

lately ive switched it to veemote, because I've been too burnout and didn't want to do machines not rll

i think it took me like

1/4 into the game to figure out how to save trinket slots

now that i think abt it

(Veemote/Bone - Bassie main

Veemote/Mag - extracting

Dog plush/speedy shoes - distracting)

Veemote/Bone could be super useful for Sprout maining as well....mmmm......... or should I get smthn like Veemote/Savory for Cosmo maining (always on 1heart and now I can afford to be a little bit more secure in it) (Sprout trinkets, but im starting to think this may be a tad bit stupid or at least not fit best for me)
