Might as well post this one too, especially since the one I tried to take of Chris's bass intro failed. 😭

Round 1:

Michael Monroe vs. Ian Astbury

Round 2:

Nicky Wire vs. Matt Bellamy

Sadly, we have to go with what we witnessed, so let's see...

Monroe did climb the stage as he is wont to do, but somewhat half-heartedly, while Astbury not only had the stage literally saged, but he also practically used a seemingly endless supply of tambourines as missile weapons and performed what seemed like a Kabbalah prayer/blessing at the end of the show.

Winner of Round 1: Ian Astbury

Round 2 is a bit more difficult to determine since neither did anything particularly interesting. I think I'll have to give it to Wire's self-performed glitter shower (which the Muse roadies had to meticulously sweep off the stage, to boot 😂) vs. Bellamy's crab pose, though. 🤔

Never mind me, I’m still reeling a little about the fact that not only did the universe decide to practically drop Muse in my lap, but I also got to be a part of what was essentially test audiences for the summer tour and the new unreleased single. 

Unreal.
