Hello hello, I would like to grab the opportunity of this beautiful sunny day which I welcome as a good omen to announce that... I am finally starting to work on a new comic book! ✨ Together with scriptwriter @julianvoloj we will take you to the magical New York between the 60s and 70s. It's the story of two young, brave and talented artists, who I love so much: Patti Smith and Robert Mapplethorpe. I think everyone of you already know them, maybe because you love Patti's music or Robert's photography. Maybe because of Just Kids. Personally, I met the words of Patti several years ago, and they went straight to my heart: they helped me in troubled, young times... And since then, I would have loved to make something about her and of course, Robert. When the chance came, I couldn't help but accept. "Patti and Robert - A New York Love Story" will be out in 2023, but I hope you'll enjoy to see and follow the work in progress! I'm a little intimidated, I have to admit it, but I'll do my best.
