The obvious answer is Leibniz because of his work with the calculating machine which was the first proto-computer, and I think he did some stuff with binary as well (I think it might be because of him that we have computers at all). However, I think Robert Hooke could also be a candidate because he tried to re-create Leibniz' calculating machine after hearing about it.
