“Round Three” entry for Turf Wars OCT (I opted out of Round Two). Brother Scourge faces some questions and avenges his deceased friend by utilization of the latter’s signature weapon.

“Round One” entry for Turf Wars OCT (Original Character Tournament). My POV character - Brother Scourge - is a "dragon”-shaped cloud of nanomachines whose mutability is only outmatched by his zealotry.

Brother Scourge throughout the various points of his (un)life. Some of the last few pictures I drew on Krita before I switched to Clip Studio Paint. If you are really tight on money, Krita is a solid, open-source (meaning it’s free!) choice.

When he was human(oid, as he is a weird type of elf), he was a monk for a technology cult with singularity aspirations, which meant more a mechanic who prays a lot.

“LIFE. DEATH. HOPE. It has been X666 YEARS since OMPHALOS had made its maiden fight to the stars. The years had not been kind to this starship – the last gasp of a planet that self-devoured herself in the name of profit and glory. Technology deteriorated slowly over the centuries. Their societal functions taken over by modified meat and plant; an ad-hoc but ultimately temporary (temporary!) solution. Yet their destination had not come any closer. The would-be colonists carry on, whittling away their immortal lives with frivolous activities towards stellar oblivion. Time had taken a toll on these thinking beings. Some quietly accepted their fate. Others…not so much.”
