do you have any thoughts on the roachkeepers (the bulky workers with the chains and crown)?

they seem kinda scary to me :(

katricia was a roachkeeper! they’re the real muscle of the entire operation here, their weighted bulk and chains mean even the roaches who get a bite in don’t leave that much of a mark, assuming they can even get close enough to do so.

with some of the catchers and feeders for support, corralling roaches was an ever-satisfying exercise in teamwork! alas… most of the keepers now are down with silk sickness, still able to do their job but now uncanny and hostile to fellow workers.

i honestly admire their physique and strength, but my own body’s still yet too small and thin to take up the role as keeper. it takes a specific bug to do that.
