- as long as those divorce papers aren’t signed and chad is alive, they’re gonna see some obstacles. archie and veronica are not gonna stop until they can get what they want, though.

- someone asked if something could happen with chad. he said if chad makes one wrong step, hiram might step in, so you never know.

- a “hostage situation” is gonna happen and affect varchie along with hiram’s plans, “and finding jughead”, but i’m not sure how this connects, there wasn’t elaboration.

- the only vip room tea i’ll share cause it’s ❤️️: he said archie is real about veronica. she’s always been there for him, she’s his anchor (he used 2x01 as an example) and it’s “too hard for him to stay away from her.”

- he also talked about veronica and how she’s a powerhouse that needs to cut off some people from her life so she can find her own, but that this wasn’t about archie.

- i spoke up about veronica being slut shamed by the fandom. he said they can’t control how fans react, but that veronica “it’s their girl”. unfortunately, i couldn’t say more about it.

when asked about tabitha and jughead, evan said they were just friends and that tabitha is anchoring as a friend. macy (nocontextrvd) said something like, “aw, i would love to see them happening though!” and to that, evan said (apologetically) “well, for now they’re just friends, but you never know, it’s riverdale”, which is also something that went along the lines for what he said about ba.

most of the tea evan gave was about varchie/chad. he talked about bughead saying that “their relationship is about mending. there’s a lot they have to work on. the mysteries will always rally them anyway, which means they’ll be working together.”

while i was there he didn’t mention a jacket or the voicemail, that could’ve been from before (i got into the chat around 20-25 min after they started, and stayed until the vip section ended).

what feelings?

tabitha kissed him, they talked about it, jughead said “it’s not you, it’s me”, and they decided to be friends. like, attraction and caring doesn’t mean feelings, automatically. i don’t like the assumption that tabitha is in love with him just because she kissed him. they’re adults now. adults kiss people. adults are less complicated about “what do we mean to each other?” stuff.

archie and veronica already have a problem to deal with: chad. i never understand why people think that if jug and tabitha happened in any shape or form, this would be a problem for varchie. like, it’s not? archie is sure about his feelings. veronica needs to get rid of her menace of a husband.

varchie have their own problems to solve, and their problems don’t include betty anymore. 

I still can't grasp why Veronica maybe needing some time would mean B*rchie needs to happen again but his words is hinting at something I would hate to see. What a lackluster ending that's going to be for us Varchie fans so I really hope he's just messing with everyone with his vague answers about certain aspects.

A very surprising ending could also be an engagement, so let's not get ahead of ourselves lol.

I'm not sure why, or when, or how - it makes zero sense to me that it would come back to this. Take Jug and Tabitha, for example: RAS talked about them in a way that makes you think they will be somewhat explored. But like you said, the BA tease is so vague it could be anything? Lol.

Do you think that BA is really done because BAs are too confident for 5B and are sure that Betty will be kidnapped and Archie will save her and realize he love her

according to bas archie was going to serenade betty at prom or lie about the cheating in 5.01.

according to bas archie was going to talk about betty at his father's grave in 5.02.

according to bas archie was sleeping with veronica while having feelings for betty in 5.03.

according to bas archie didn't flashback to betty because she belonged to his future and he was leaving behind veronica, jughead, the core four and fred, in 5.03.

according to bas, they would get a "reverse pops parallel" thing in 5.04, because according to bas, varchie would've remained besties for seven years.

according to bas, they would get a romantic first time in 5.05, before they heard about the shower sex ofc. then they'd have a pizza date. then they'd have all the screentime ever.

according to bas, archie was never going to want veronica again after having betty.

according to bas, archie was not going to be jealous of chad in 5.06 and was falling for betty during that bed scene.

according to bas, archie was using veronica for money in 5.07 and didn't talk to betty because they were fwb.

according to ba's archie would realize his feelings and going to declare his love in 5.08.

according to bas archie was going to give flowers to betty in 5.09.

according to bas kj looked so good for there not to be ba in 5.10.

do i have to go on? lol they've never been right a day in their lives. only that key party thing was a good guess, but still they thought archie would roleplay for betty after the party.

that being said, yes, i'm kinda confident that ba was put to a rest for the rest of the series. of course i don't have a direct line with ras to ask for his plans, but thinking betty is going to be kidnapped so archie can 'realize his feelings' after he didn't realize them while sleeping with her for a while and having the perfect opportunity to start something with her while they were both single, sounds to me like desperation.
