Number 3 with Sweet Pea x Fangs x Toni x Reader, please?
3. Who cooks? Who cleans up? Who is banned from the kitchen?
Toni refuses to help, you're not sure why. Sweet Pea and Fangs never push it, they never scold her or whine and complain when the second they mention starting dinner she curls on the couch and gives them a thumbs up.
You manage to at least corner her in the kitchen and you understand why as you see the panic set in, as her arms go stiff and she lets you lead her around to the bar stools you all share.
"Sorry I didn't realize." You shuffle awkwardly as Toni starts talking about her parents, and how cooking usually meant some part of her getting bruised or burned when she could reach the stove properly since she was ten years old.
------
Fangs always cleans up, you've given up trying to force him to sit down. You know where that leads, to him getting so frustrated he snaps and scolds you as if you're his sick mother, how if you wont sit still for the cooking the least he can do is clean up. Every one of you had gone quiet after the first time he'd snapped. Sweet Pea had tried to make the joke about leaving more fo a mess, and Fangs had just nodded along before crawling into the cuddle pile you all had made after dinner was done.
----
Sweet Pea is banned from the kitchen, not because he's a disaster, but because he puts any other meal that you, Toni or Fangs make to shame. You're not sure where he learned to cook so well, and he makes a little joke of it, answering differently everytime. Fangs and Toni have a running tally of how many times he reuses the same answer; you all have one for the most ridiculous answer; which so far is that Hot Dog the second taught him how to grill as he went to culinary school.

“You’re freezing!”
“Come here.”
Y/N hated the rain. She could never understand people who liked it. Rain was just more of a nuisance. It seeped into your shoes and got your socks wet, it dripped past the collar of shirts so cold water was dripping down your back, and it was always so extremely cold.
As if the universe was out to spite her, Y/N always happened to be out in the rain. Her parents didn't drive, so she had to walk everywhere. Ending in her often getting caught out in the rain if she had to be somewhere.
On a cold Saturday afternoon, when most people were huddled inside out of the torrential rain that was pouring over Riverdale, Y/N found herself walking through the town on her way back from lunch at Pop's. If she'd had known at the time how bad the weather would be that afternoon, she'd have eaten at home. But the morning had actually been pretty sunny, so of course she hadn't thought twice about it.
Another product of her thinking that it was going to be a nice day weather wise meant she didn't have a coat, or a jacket, or literally anything that would protect her from the rain. Just a jumper that wasn't very waterproof at all, and a pair of jeans. The rain had seeped through her clothes to the point where it felt like she was in a freezer due to the wet and cold. She couldn't feel the ends of her fingers, the digits looking way too pale than normal. And to make it worse, the water had managed to get into her shoes to wet her socks, too.
By the time she'd reached Elm street, she'd started shaking from the cold. Her house was still pretty far away, and honestly she'd probably just freeze to death if she went much further - or that's what it felt like, anyways. So she couldn't help her gaze wander down the street to land on the Cooper-Jones residence. Both Betty and Jughead were best friends of hers, so no matter who was home, she was hoping she'd be let in.
One hand lifted to run through her dripping wet hair as her other lifted to ring the doorbell a few times, then bang on the door a little for good measure. Clearly she was impatient.
Jughead had been the one to open the door. He took one glance at her drenched and shaking appearance before his eyebrows furrowed and he gently pulled her inside by her forearm.
"You look terrible." He observed, causing her to roll her eyes.
"Thanks, nice to see you too." Y/N responded sarcastically, still shaking a little as she hugged her damp jumper a little closer to her body. "Um, is it okay if I camp out here for a little? My house is still a bit away, and I'm gonna get hypothermia if I walk the rest of the way."
"Yeah, no problem." Jughead nodded, walking a little further into the house as he spoke, Y/N trailing a little behind him. "Do you want anything to eat or something?"
"No that's okay." She shook her head a little with a small smile, crossing her arms as the shaking continued.
That time when Jughead turned around to face her, he noticed the small quivers across her body and frowned. His hand reached out to touch one of hers, frowning in concern when his warm fingers met her icicle-like ones. "You're freezing!"
"Really? I didn't notice." Y/N shot back sarcastically, just meeting Jughead's unamused gaze.
"Do you want to go and change into something else? I've probably got something that'll fit you, it might just be a little big." Jughead offered with a small smile.
"If you don't mind." Y/N smiled, watching as Jughead just shook his head.
"No problem, I'll just grab you something." The boy gently touched her upper arm before disappearing upstairs, leaving her stood in the lounge.
Y/N noticed that other than Jughead, no other noises could be heard. She was guessing that everyone else was out doing one thing or another, which in a way was good. Not that she didn't like spending time with Jughead's family, but his little sister was convinced that they both liked each other, and the constant teasing was getting a little annoying.
The girl was dragged from her thoughts when Jughead had come back downstairs, a pile of clothes balanced in one hand. "Here, I'll be in the living room when you're done." He smiled as he handed her the clothes, before turning to head into the living room to give her time to get changed.
Jughead had been wrong, because the clothes weren’t just a little big. They were a lot big. The long-sleeved navy blue shirt that he’d given her had sleeves that fell down past her hands, ending up in her rolling the sleeves up a little. And the pair of grey sweats that had gone along with it had the drawstring pulled and tied pretty tightly to keep them up. But she didn’t mind all that much. It wasn’t the first time that she’d worn an item of clothing from Jughead - and quite honestly, whether she’d admit it out loud or not, she liked it. There was a sense of comfort in wearing his clothes that she just couldn’t describe. The smell and fabric had such a familiar sensation of her best friend that it was almost calming, and she definitely liked that.
Jughead looked up at her when she’d walked back into the living room, his lips almost immediately curving up into an entertained smile.
“Don’t,” She warned him, her own smile creeping up on her. “I already know they’re huge.”
“I didn’t say anything.” Jughead chuckled as he shook his head, before his gaze softened somewhat as she took in her posture - arms hugging to her body a little. “Still cold?”
Y/N nodded. Whilst she wasn’t shaking anymore, she was still pretty chilly.
Jughead shuffled over a little where he was sat on the sofa and held an arm out, smiling as he offered, “Come here.”
A smile made it’s way to her face as she walked over, taking a seat beside him before tucking herself against his side, her legs tucked underneath her thighs to keep her warm. Almost immediately she felt the heat radiating from his own body, relaxing against him as his arms moved around her.
“Christ, you’re like a block of ice.” Jughead commented as he rested his cheek against the top of her head, keeping her held close to himself.
“That rain felt like it was ice. It’s so cold out there.” Y/N complained, her eyes falling shut as she breathed in his comforting scent. Soon enough her own arms wound around his middle as she felt herself start to warm up.
“Here.”
Y/N almost complained when Jughead briefly pulled away, though couldn’t help but smile when she watched the raven-haired boy take his signature beanie off of his head and place it on her own, adjusting the sides so that the wool of the hat would cover her cold ears.
“Thank you.” She smiled softly, tilting her head just enough to look up at him.
Jughead was smiling too, though his eyes were a lot more intense than it had previously been. She watched his gaze flickered from hers down to her lips before straight back up again, and before she could make the connection with her brain of what that meant, he’d leaned forwards and cupped the side of her face in his hand as he pressed his warm lips against her cold ones.
It felt like all of the air had been knocked out of her lungs from pure shock. In a good way, though. There was something so amazing about kissing him, but she just couldn’t describe it. It felt so right. Her own hands lifted to gently rest along his sharp jawline as she leaned a little closer to him, smiling into the kiss.
It lasted a little too short for her liking, though she almost melted at the adorable smile and blush he wore once he’d pulled away. Only then did she realise that she pretty much had the same expression - feeling a familiar burn in her cheeks and the uncontrollable curve upwards at the corners of her lips.
“You’re absolutely adorable.” Jughead mumbled as he wrapped his arms around her again, his smile widening.
“Shut up.” She whispered jokingly in defence, still smiling widely as she felt him lean his head against the top of hers once more.
“I just kissed you and you’re telling me to shut up? Rude.” Jughead teased, grunting a little through his chuckle once Y/N had elbowed him in the ribs.
“Maybe I wanted to enjoy the moment without you talking and ruining it.” She joked with a quiet giggle, feeling him shake with quiet laughter as his hold on her tightened somewhat.
“Whatever, still rude.” He huffed in mock offence before dropping a kiss to the top of her head.
Y/N relaxed against him as her eyes closed like before. “Guess it wasn’t such a bad idea going out now, huh?”
“Maybe not.” Jughead mused. “I won’t kiss you again if you get sick, though.” He joked.
“Fine.” Y/N giggled again, smiling a little wider. “Just do it now to make up for it, then.”
Requested: Yes - Hey are requests still open? If so do you think you could so one where it's a Jughead or Sweet Pea x reader where the reader is usually super clumsy, so he's usually prepared to save them and stuff, But the reader gets a pair of heelys and he doesn't find out until he sees the reader holding onto one their friends jackets or back packs running through the halls?
A/N: I hope y’all love this. I really love the way it turned out so I hope you do too.

Sweet Pea’s POV
5 months ago I noticed Y/N for the first time. We were friends, always had been. Walking home from Pops with Fangs on my left and Y/N to my right. We were making our way to our trailers on the Southside. After a long week of school, Pops was our escape. No care in the world we were walking aimlessly along the stone sidewalks and uneven ground. Y/N stepped up and must have mistook how high or uneven the ground was and somehow I instinctively saw her falling as I reached out and grabbed the end of her backpack. I grabbed on to it as she screamed, but I stopped her from falling before she could hit the ground.
“Ahhhh!, What the…!” I lifted her back up placing her onto her feet.
“How did you...?”
“I dunno” She looked at me before turning back and running into her trailer as we soon made our way into Sunnyside Trailer park.
The second time we were waiting for a meeting. An emergency Serpent meeting had been called and luckily I was in the area, I texted Y/N about it and she was on her way running from her job on the Northside. She was trying to get there as fast as she could but the meeting had to start before she arrived. I heard a bike pull into the lot upstairs, and I heard pounding down the steps, and again I felt that instinctive feeling. I opened the door as she came barreling in landing in the booth in front of her. I went back over and stood next to Fangs as she collected herself, slipping out of her work vest and putting on her Serpent jacket.
“You know if you hadn’t opened that door she would have run face-first into it right?”
“Nah, Fangs she would’ve…”
“Bro did you see how fast she was running”
“But…”
“You two have some weird psychic shit going on or something”
“I don’t know Fangs”
“Hey, guys!” I turned to see Y/N’s makeup done, Serpent Jacket on, beautiful. I saw her.
The third time was when I saw her clumsiness once again, her goofiness, as she was running late to a class, running down the hallway full speed. She turned a corner running straight down the hallway as she turned the corner too sharp and came barrelling towards the lockers, but instead she came towards where I was standing and barreled straight into my chest as I fell and she fell right on top of me.
“Pea oh my god are you ok!”
“Date me”
“What, did you hit your head?” she started standing up as she grabbed my hand “C’mon we gotta bring you to the nurse, get up you big oaf” I started standing but I pulled her back down and put my hand on her cheek waiting for her to react before I did anything.
“I’m serious” I brought my lips to hers slowly. She bit her lip as I pulled away.
“Okay”
“Is that a yes…?”
“Yes Pea, i'll go on a date with you” we were a we
The fourth time was months later, finals had just finished and we were finally graduating. Cheryl was throwing her end of the year bash. Red solo cups everywhere, kids trying to play with the various vases and China that Thistlehouse had locked away. Cheryl yells every 5 seconds for someone to put something down, and Toni follows behind her to calm her down. The normal things that always went on. I couldn’t find Y/N though. I had lost her as she wandered away midway through the party and went with Toni and Fangs as they pulled me away for a game of beer pong. I heard everyone screaming shouting a bunch of “Do it’s” and “yes’s” and “you got this'' from various areas of the party until I looking up and saw Y/N. She was on the small roof of the Thistlehouse guest house, where a couch had been placed, standing on it, dangerous as it was for her clumsiness. Aside from that, she was trying to jump into the pool that stood below her.
“Y/N what are you doing!”
“Hi babyyyyyy”
“Y/N baby get down” I didn’t care that she had fun. That was not my worry, my worry was her and the danger she was in at the moment. I saw her ready to jump, luckily the building was fairly short, I could climb up right now, I knew if she would jump I could catch her, or her falling I could do the same. I had Fangs and Jug come up behind me as a backup, as she jumped I stood underneath watching as she jumped directly down completely missing the pool that Jughead thought she was going to hit the edge of, which caused him to fall in, while she landed directly into my arms.
“Oh nooooooo, Juggy”
“Its okay princess”
“Fangs can you help him while I get her home”
“Course” the 5-minute walk to the truck felt like the calmest moments of my life, her and me the trees and woods surrounding us and the sounds of the birds singing. Her head nuzzled into my chest. I felt love.
And now we’re here month 5, and on the 5th month with the love of my life. We both started working at the Wyrm, shifts on the weekend covering bar shifts. We were the only two who apparently knew each other’s movements well enough to work together efficiently and timely enough in the confined space of the bar. But this night, in particular, she was trying to impress Fangs and Toni. She had been learning some bar tricks from Tik Tok and wanted to show them a few of the moves. She was doing good and all, until one I knew wasn’t gonna end well.
“Fangs, T, wanna see a cool trick?”
“Yeah Y/N do it”
“Yeah, I wanna see” I watched the bottle swing up as it was about to land on her head, the spin not quite right on the bottle, she ducked down as the bottle was coming close to her head, I hadn’t even heard anything as I was talking to a customer but I knew. I reached upright as I turned around. Stepping right in front of her catching it before it could even come close to hitting her as everyone around us cheered. She grabbed my hand standing back up again.
“Thanks”
“Anytime” we stared into the eyes of each other, for some reason I didn’t wanna look away. As her lips came to mine slowly.
“Marry me”
“What!”
“I’ll do this again in a fancier way I promise, but… marry me”
“No”
“What?”
“No, I mean I don’t need the fanciness, I just know, Yes Pea!, It’s a yes”
“Its a yes!”
“Mhm” Everyone around us cheered once again. The happiness running through me. She was my person. The connectedness I felt for her I never felt for anyone. The constant clumsiness that she had that always made me laugh. The extra change of clothes I kept in my car because she always spilled food or coffee down the front of herself, not to mention all the coffee that she spilled in my truck on our morning coffee runs. Or even the amount of times I’ve watched her phone drop on her face in the middle of the night and had to kiss it better. Or the hundreds upon thousands of times she's fallen up the stairs. Those are the things I love about this girl. But what I love most is the way I can catch her when she falls, the way I know when she is gonna run into a door and I can open it for her, or even when I can be that barrier and break that fall for her. I can be that cushion that she needs. I love her. I want to marry her.
5 months later we had our wedding, Yeah, it wasn’t a long time to plan, but we didn’t need long. It was small and intimate. I stood at the front of the aisle, the flowers surrounding me as I waited for her to walk down. Our favorite song playing in my ears because she didn’t want to walk down the aisle to the traditional here comes the bride. Fangs was gonna be the one to walk her down, her father, a serpent had been killed years ago on a job, Fangs had been there for her as a brother since she was a kid. A brother to me as well, I was ready. Ready to take this beautiful woman as my wife. Our officiant standing behind me ready to make this whole thing official. FP standing off to the side as support as one of my groomsmen along with Jughead, Fangs my best man once he was done walking her down. Her side consists of Betty, Cheryl, and Toni.
I heard the song start, the music playing as everyone took their seats and began to quiet down. The nerves are beginning to rack through me. FP smacking me on the back as he came and stood behind me. I shook out my arms as I brought my hands together.
The doors shot open as Fangs came running in Y/N holding onto his back *I was wondering why had such a long aisle* She let go soon as Fangs whipped her forward, as she came barrelling towards me, she had a short white poofy dress on. Almost cupcake-like. And I looked to her feet to see Heelys. DaNgER was all I thought to myself. She just kept going as she came barreling into my arms as I caught her and helped her stand upright.
“Fancy meeting you here”
“Oh yeah?”
“Thought I’d make us meet the same way we always do”
“Mmm oh yeah baby, just wanted to live in danger, add a little clumsiness to the wedding huh, you’re the clumsiest person I know so I think you’d do that anyway”
“Hey!” she smacked me on the chest as I leaned down kissing her on the cheek before helping her up onto the step by the officiant. Toni handed Y/N her regular bottoms to the Heelys so that she could wear them as normal sneakers for the rest of the night. The wedding went by smoothly as vows were exchanged and the kiss. The best kiss of my life. I stepped down the stairs about to take her hand but she decided to come down tripping as she did until I caught her so she wouldn’t fall.
“See… clumsy, I look over for five seconds and you end up like this...”
“Hey… well, now you’re married to clumsy MR!”
“Wouldn’t want it any other way Princess” I kissed her before helping her stand up straight, grabbing her hand as everyone clapped and blew bubbles as we exited down the aisle.
Riverdale Imagine or Story Idea up for Adoption II

part 2
♠️
It broke your heart, everytime you saw it happen.
When Veronica first moved to Riverdale and did the River Vixen tryouts. The kiss she shared with Betty, made your heart pang in heartbreak and jealousy.
When she started dating Archie, despite him and his manwhore-ish ways. It left you feeling empty inside, everytime you saw them practical swallowing each other's mouths.
And then Archie ran off with Jughead to get away from her father, and who was there to comfort her?
You were, of course. You were close to her, you considered her your best friend and you hers.
And just when you were going to tell her how you felt, you saw her and Reggie kissing in the speakeasy.
And all your long built-up confidence shattered. You left the building feeling heartbroken all over again.
"Hey, Y/n." You heard her voice. The usual sweet sound was now grainy and metallic due to your phones speaker.
"What's up, Ronnie?" You asks, wiping your tears away from your face.
"Well... Are you okay? I haven't seen nor heard from you since last week."
You should have expected it. Should have saw it coming. She was always worried for you, knowing your constant struggle with your health, mental and physical.
"Uhm... yeah, yeah. I'm fine."
"Okay, now I know you're lying. C'mon, Y/n/n. You know you can tell me anything."
The worry in her voice was clear, even through your shitty phone speaker. You sigh, holding your head in your hands. Your sketchbook long forgotten.
"Okay, but promise to just listen and don't ask questions, okay?"
"I'll try. You know me, I like knowing the details."
"I know." You smile at the quirk, "Anyways, I like this person. I've known them for a while now and always found them interesting, to their sense of fashion to their small quirks. But they only see me as a friend. I've seen them through their ups and downs, through the usual high school dating. And when I went to finally tell them about my feelings, I saw them kissing someone else. And now I just feel... lost, I guess."
You could see her processing the words. Her nodding her head, biting on her bottom lip, repeating the words to herself.
"Okay, well... If it was me in your situation, I'd tell them. They obviously mean a lot to you and there's always a chance that they feel the same way about you as you do about them. And if they don't, then it's their lost. You are such an amazing woman, Y/n. Anyone would be crazy to not like you."
God, if only you realized, Ronnie...
"Hey, can I come over?" You ask, abruptly.
"Yeah, of course!" You could hear the smile in her voice. making you smile as well.
"Great, see you soon." You say as you hang up.
She wouldn't realize this, but she made a mistake with filling your heart with false hope. But your mind knew the truth.
After you ended the call you grabbed your stuff and bolted out the door, not bothering to tell your grandmother where your going, since you're always doing something.
You rode your bike (not a motorcycle) to the Pembrooke, thinking of how you were going to tell her. It obviously wasn't going to be incredibly grand, you were going straight to her house.
You were let up by the doorman and went to her residence. You knocked and the door opened to reveal Veronica. She smiles at you and moves to let you in but you stood there, your small speech in your mind gone when you saw Reggie behind her.
"You know what? This was a terrible idea... I should be at home..."
"Wait..." She turns around to look at Reggie then back at you, "Oh my God, is it Reggie?"
"What?" Reggie asks, obviously confused about what was happening.
You couldn't help your feelings as your tears welled up in your eyes. All at once your sadness, anger, annoyance, and jealousy hit you like a brick wall.
"Jesus, Veronica, no!" You scoff loudly, "Reggie is, no offense, on the top of my shit list."
"None taken." He says, shrugging off your words. At least the feelings somewhat mutual.
"Then who is-?"
"It's you, Ronnie! It's always been you!" You exclaim, your words surprising her.
"Y/n..."
"Don't. I know you've never felt the same. I'm not your type. It's either troubled jocks or nearly any girl expect me. I'm not one of them, and I'll never be. You tell me all the time 'I like you just the way you are, so don't change for anyone.' So, I won't. I'll follow advice, I won't change for anyone."
She looks at you sadly and that only made the tears building in your eyes that were starting to blur your vision fall.
"I'm sorry, Veronica. But I have to go."
You turn around and went back the way you came back down to the lobby. And there you left, your heart still on your sleeve but taking the shape of broken glass.

imagine being Archie’s older sister and being in a relationship with FP
request: Hey hey :3 could you write a fp jones x reader where the reader is archies older sister and that shes a waitress at pops. And jughead notices that his dad is there almost everyday or something. Maybe some fluff too 😇
word count: 1.2k
warnings: age gap (reader is at least 25 though),
As the adopted Andrews Child, you were often forgotten. You came into the picture after Archie was three and you were almost eleven, so most of their attention was on their younger child. You didn’t blame them—you couldn’t blame them. Yes they sometimes forgot to come to your choral concerts, your soccer games, your track meets—but they were busy and constantly tired so you learned to try and be as little of a hassle as possible. They already had their own set of problems, you were new and didn’t want to add on to it, so you never spoke up.
When Fred & Mary Andrews finally got divorced, the tendency to be on the sidelines only stuck.
It hurt, so much, but there was no denying that they loved you. You couldn’t deny that love you felt when Archie called you almost every day because you were still very much his big sister, or the mini movie nights they’d force together for the month leading up to your birthday. They were every bit yours, you just had to stick out these emotions for a little longer.
When you turned eighteen, you moved out of your Dad’s house to move to Greendale for a fresh start. You were literally on the edge of the two towns, maintaining a job in Pops so you could have an excuse to see everyone now and then. Being on your own is what allowed you to truly blossom, where everything you did finally became for you, and you finally built family relations with your brother and father that weren't the level of toxic that made you feel lesser.
You weren’t scheduled to work today at Pop’s, even though passing the Welcome to Riverdale!’ sign gave you a conditioned response of anxiety that you might be late to work. You rolled your eyes at yourself, quickly running through your schedule in your mind to make sure you really had the day off.
"Are you almost here yet?" Archie's voice asked excitedly over the speaker in your car, causing you to chuckle.
"Arch, I have to drop a quick package at Pop’s before I do anything else, I'll be there as soon as I can! I'll probably only miss the first quarter."
Archie sighed, the distant banging of metal in the varsity locker rooms rang in the background. "I'm just really excited for you to be back, this time for a little longer than usual---it feels like it's been forever."
"Archie we facetime like everyday."
"And we haven’t actually seen each other in like two weeks. All I want is a hug from my sister."
You paused, biting your lip in thought. "I know Arch, I know. And as soon as you score that winning touchdown during the fourth quarter, you’ll get a great big one. And, possibly—you ready for this?”
“Oh yea,” he laughed.
“A 5 star, gourmet, all expenses paid Pop’s dinner!”
“Ahh, that sounds delicious.”
“I know right?” You giggled with him, pulling into a familiar trailer park. “I’ll break out my secret menu for you.”
“And if I don’t score the winning touchdown in the fourth quarter?”
“Yikes Archie,” you clicked your tongue. “I’m sorry to say you’re going to have to find another sister. I don’t accept losers in this household!”
His laugh echoes through your car as you put it into park, looking up as the man your looking for stands casually in the doorway of his trailer.
“You’re so mean to me,” Archie complained.
“I wouldn’t be your sister if I wasn’t.”
“You’re right, you’re so right,” Archie conceded, before his coach called for him in the back. “I’ve got to go, I love you! Get here as soon as you can!”
“I got you Archibald,” you reassured. “Bye, love you!” You hang up quickly, turning off the car before leaping out.
FP barely catches you when you bound into his arms, laughing lowly at how tightly you hug him. “Woah,” he breathes. “Someone’s excited.” He pulls back briefly only to connect your lips in a quick kiss. “We saw each other less than three days ago.”
“I know,” you shrug. “But this is the first time we’re both officially in Riverdale, as a couple!”
“You keep track of the strangest things,” he laughs.
“You love me anyway.”
“Yea, I do,” he replies softly, and a moment of silence elapses over the both of you as you fall into each other’s eyes. His gaze is soft as they fall on you, filled with a love and fondness she didn’t know she was looking for. He’s mesmerizing, just as he was the first time you officially met him at Pops. Before you could dream any longer at the man that is wholly yours, he tugs you into the trailer. “How long do we have?”
You smirk. “How long is a football quarter?”
><><><
You speed walked as fast as you could into the bleachers behind the Riverdale High Football Team, finding your way to you dad who’s sitting beside Jughead. They both smile at you, greeting you with large hugs before you settle between them. The second quarter is only halfway through, so you make both boys promise to tell Archie that you were there for all of it.
You fix your close nonchalantly, fixing the scarf around your neck to cover the hickies that littered the skin. Jughead smirks at you, and you nudge him roughly with your elbow while he laughs.
The quarter is over quickly, and after performing for halftime, Veronica and Betty find their way over to your little trio. The conversation is amicable for most of it, before you catch a snippet of Betty & Jughead’s conversation.
“Jughead, isn’t that your dad?” Betty asks, and all of you look to the end of the bleachers where he stands against a pole.
“Yea,” he replies, suspicion laced in his voice. “I actually haven’t seen him that much lately; he’s been out and about a lot. I heard he’s at Pop’s like every day.”
“Ooh,” Veronica teases. “Do you think he’s meeting someone there?”
“I think I would know if my Dad’s fallen in love,” Jughead says.
“I don’t know J,” your Dad interrupts. “Your dad can be a very private person—especially when it comes to his love life. And this is coming from the person who taught him everything he knows.”
As they continue, you catch the eye of FP down below. He flashes you a smirk, tucking his hands into his leather jacket pockets. You bite your lip, winking at him in greeting, before the football team goes back on the field.
His eyes tell you you’re going to meet up again...very soon.
AN: Have this after being MIA so long sorry again, I promise I’m working on things, this has just been sitting in my drafts and I don’t think it’s going to go anywhere else, this can be a stand alone or go with Revenge. This has no pairing, it is a past Fangs x Reader.
All mistakes are my own, I do not own GIF that was used.
Digging through your bag you pulled out the thin blanket, shaking it out and then laying it down on the ground. Settling down you pulled your bag to you pulling out the bottle of whiskey that you had borrowed from the Wyrm. You took a pull from the bottle letting it burn as it slid down your throat.
“Well baby, it’s been about a year now since you’ve been gone.” You sniffled as your hand ran over the engraving on the tombstone in front of you. Fangs Fogarty. Forever in our hearts. Loving son, brother, and friend.
You shivered pulling his hoodie closer to you as the wind whistled around you. “I can’t say I’m doing any better. Sweets keeps telling me you wouldn’t want me to visit you so much, that I should move on...but the thing is I can’t do it. I don’t think I’ll ever fully move on from you my love. You took a piece of me.” You sniffled. Your voice cracking as the next sentence left you sobbing. “W..w-why did you go, why did you leave me here? You promised, you promised.” You sobbed as you wrapped your arms around the solid stone in front of you gripping onto it praying to anything to bring him back to you.
A hand on your shoulder had you jumping. “Go away.”
“I don’t want to go away.”
You stilled at the voice that spoke. Slowly you let go of the stone you were gripping onto turning your head; you locked eyes with none other than Fangs. An audible gasp left your lips as you scrambled to get up, you flung yourself into his arms. His hold on you tight as you sobbed.
He gently rubbed your back as you began to regain your composure. “What are you doing here?”
His hand moved up to the back of your head as his fingers carded through your hair, god did you miss that. “I came for you sunshine, I couldn’t bear to watch you in so much pain day after day. Baby, you’ve got to let me go.”
“I can’t, I won’t, don’t...don’t ask me to do that please love don’t.”
Fangs quietly hummed while he maneuvered you both to sit on the blanket. “Baby it’s only hurting you.”
“Why did you go? Huh? Why did you leave me all alone?”
“I didn’t want to leave you, I fought like hell to get back to you, but it was dangerous and I couldn’t let SP take the hit. He’s your big brother, what would you have done then..hmm?”
“I would have had you.”
“You don’t mean that. I’m just some boy you loved.”
You turned around staring into the chocolate brown orbs. “Don’t you dare say that. You ARE my love, my forever love, not just some boy, I wanted to marry you and start a family and grow old, but that was ripped from me. My happiness went with you, the reason for my sunshine is no longer here.”
Fangs cupped your cheek. “I love you forever and always, I’ll meet you again, a very very long time from now, but please find happiness again be the sunshine in someone's life that can give you those dreams, I’m sorry I couldn’t.”
You sniffled as you wiped your eyes. “Fangs..”
Fangs cut you off his lips pressing against your forehead, before pulling away. “Please try for me.”
A light shaking had you puzzled, you watched Fangs slowly disappear as you opened your eyes, the sky now dark, your arms were still around the gravestone. You pulled yourself away sniffling, you looked up to see who was shaking you. “No..No no! Fangs!!! Fangs!”
“Y/N...Y/N!”
Finally your eyes met..“Reggie?”
He scratched the back of his neck. “Hey, sorry I didn’t think I could leave you here like this.”
“What are you doing here?”
He moved his head nodding towards where Moose stood with a bouquet of flowers. “I sometimes come with him, makes it easier to have someone with you.”
You nodded in understanding, when Sweet Pea would accompany you it never quite ended up like it did tonight.
“Can I walk you home?”
You looked around, it was completely dark out. Sweet Pea would be pissed if you showed up this late alone, he had asked you to drive to begin with or let him take you but you declined.
You took a deep breath. “Yeah, that’s fine Reggie. Thank you.”
You grabbed the blanket folding it up as you placed it along with the bottle in the bag.
“I’ll just be at the entrance.”
You nodded, as you looked back to Fangs, your hand tracing his name once more. “I love you forever and always.”
