you said they're "literally echoing terf rhetoric". which is funny, considering you're the one pushing "male socialization" ("unlearning aspects of the patriarchy), which is... you guessed it... literally echoing terf rhetoric. trans women saying "men oppress women" are not calling for the mass exclusion of masculinity. you actually aren't allowed to be upset that people who are more marginalized than you are talking about being more marginalized than you. that's actually a pretty wild thing to get pissed about.
Unlearning aspects of the patriarchy is true for all of us, that's literally the point. "More marginalized than you" - firstly, way to play oppression Olympics. Secondly, who says that's true? Where's your proof that trans women are "more" oppressed than trans men? Thirdly, why does that mean that I'm not allowed to talk about my own oppression, and the way that others are perpetuating it? Am I not allowed to talk about biphobia when a lesbian is perpetuating it?
And this isn't about "men oppress women". I have been very clear that this is about excluding queer men, that this is about hatred of masculinity as a concept, about LITERALLY CALLING MEN EVIL. And that is besides the fact that *that's not true*. Men do not oppress women. The patriarchy oppresses all of us. I, a gay trans man, do not oppress women. A black man is not in a position of power over a white woman. These are all discussions that have been had and that I thought were settled, until suddenly this idea that trans women are the Only Oppressed Class took hold. It is upsetting to me because we are one community, and we're supposed to be united under one cause. This division hurts us all.
I will not apologize for being upset when trans women say all men are evil. Because I am proud to be a trans masc, and I find joy in my masculinity. And these are supposed to be my sisters, not my enemies.

Oh, would you look at that. I already have @/fite-club and @/rittz blocked. Neat.
If you don't want transphobia/acephobia coming your way, I suggest you do the same.

can i also mention the fact that rittz still uses the words "mogai hell" (lol) in this day and age and also has some real dumbass ace discourse posts on his blog that i can only hope he's since outgrown đ we're living in 2023 meanwhile my man never got over 2016 tumblr discourse

hilarious that you say bi flags âstoleâ the pan/poly/omni flags when those flags LITERALLY ripped off the bi flag in the first place. you so obviously are more respectful to m-spec, ace, and mogai identities than you are to lgbt ones. iâm not saying we should all be disrespectful to those identities, iâm saying that you arenât actually as woke and inclusive as you seem to think you are
The post is incredibly old, but there ARE still posts circulating talking about the fact that there were/was someone or multiple people taking the pan, polysexual, and omni flags and ârepurposingâ them. Here, Iâll even link some:

https://www.tumblr.com/blog/view/sys-stim-error/187724255808?source=share
And oh look, here are the direct posts showing the person doing it! Just so you canât say it isnât happening and is just a rumor:
https://femmebisexuelle.tumblr.com/post/187253830205
In fact, here is this blogs entire tag that literally outright says âreclaimed flagsâ:Â
https://femmebisexuelle.tumblr.com/tagged/reclaimed%20flags
And hereâs a person stating they love the idea of it:

Also rittz...I am Ace. This entire blog is run by a transmasc nonbinary Panromantic Ace person who is Autistic.
I am perfectly respectful to all lgbt+ Identities. My stating I wonât use the doe/stag/tomcat pride flags, specifically the ones linked above that just blatantly steal the pan, omni, and polysexual pride flags and repurpose them in order to âreclaimâ them is not inherently disrespectful to any lgbt+ Identity. In fact, if there are doe/stag/tomcat bi pride flags that donât use the pan, omni, and polysexual pride flags and just repurpose them in order to âreclaimâ them (aka, not made by people who are against pan/omni/polysexual people existing and saying that those things are inherently biphobic and a result of internalized biphobia and that theyâre all just different flavors of bi), then I am okay with using those specific flags. What I will not use is however, exactly mentioned in this post, and in my beginning post.
All of which have perfectly explained reasons behind them without completely removing and Identity.
Also, Bi people canât lay claim to a flag format, just like any other identity. Just like any specific ID canât lay claim to a color, or a specific shape of any kind, or any specific stripe amount from their flags. As thereâs only so many ways you can make a pride flag until it starts cycling back into each other.
Also, I applaud that you were able to actually put your name to your ask rather than keep this to yourself because I shut off anon. Which I will still be keeping off for the forseeable future because I donât trust people not to send me more discourse related asks accusing me of bigotry that I am not perpetuating. Or disrespect that I am not doing.
