Here's a quick tip for homemade dyeing anything long. Use a bucket. ⛾ My mom has been doing this in our mom apartment and I adopted it as well. This bucket I got is the cheapest kind and not meant to go in the stove so I paired it with an old pot I have. ⏩♨️ Just put water on the pot that way the bucket is heated all over. That last time I dyed it was a synthetic material but it turned out great. I used #RitDyemore 🇧🇷 Aqui está uma dica rápida para tingir qualquer coisa longa em casa. Use um balde. ⛾ Minha mãe fez isso no nosso apartamento e eu também adotei pra mim. Este balde que comprei é o tipo mais barato e não serve pra ser colocado direto no fogo, então combinei com uma panela velha que tenho. ⏩♨️ Basta colocar água na panela de forma que o balde fica todo aquecido. I'm so excited to share these amazing photos @rubyvblush took off her awesome magic she worked on my hair and my couture dragon gown I created. I used @fireflypath cloud dragon pattern to create this gorgeous dragon gown and @kcfreeloader and I hand dyed it using @ritdye #ritdyemore synthetic dye colors that would correspond with what Ruby used in my hair. Though I still have handpainted scales to paint for a scalemail panel I'll be adding to the front center panel of the corset and handcrafted dragon horns to create, I'm so immensely happy with how it all works together already! The three chiffon colors. Each flounce was cut and finished before going into the dye bath. These colors were achieved in the exact same bath at different temperatures. That gorgeous color on the Yule dress was achieved with #ritdyemore once I figured out the color recipe I was able to dye all the pieces.
