Mark at the start of season 9 bagging a guy to get Jez back:

Leona is too "lazy and unbothered" to chase mice/rats. He probably tells them shit like "go back to the kitchen, ratatouille" and has Ruggie deal with them. I'm pretty sure Ruggie just tells them to leave and shows them the safest exit out lmao, surprisingly SavanaClaw isn't that bad as you expected it to be when it comes to critters like rats or mice. No one is bothered by them but if they get in the way, they just get told to leave 😭

Rook finds them beautiful and therefore won't go out of his way to straight up hunt and kill them (god forbid he eats one because Vil WILL refuse to talk to him for the rest of the year), he just hunts them down and gently releases them out in the wild since they aren't allowed in Pomefiore because ✨Vil is scared of them and will lose their shit if they saw a mouse/rat ✨ Meanwhile in Scarabia if you happened to be a mouse/rat wandering around there, you're basically walking straight through deaths door
