LOOKY WHAT I FOUND!!! :D
I’ve gone through Demihuman Deities a lot so I don’t know how I’ve missed / kept missing this! It’s a pretty cool piece of art honestly. I like it a lot, especially the fact that Rillifane looks like a TREE (plus this artisitc rendition is kind of giving me Tin Man vibes with how he looks) :D
Lolth’s ex kind of has style. Although I have no idea what’s going on with Corellon’s neck. Is it a brace? turtle neck? One of those medieval times styled neck ruffles? Who knows! Not me~

This is a story I wrote after I started to reed the stories of the gods in the forgotten realms. I hope you all like it! I’m going to use it to write my own campaign!
Thousands of years ago, there was a time when there wasn’t a such thing as a Drow, Drider, Werewolf or anything evil. Everything was good. Everything wanted to be good. All the Elves, humans, Dwarves, etc. lived in harmony. There was never anything to worry about, everyone was happy. I mean there was the thief or outlaw every once in awhile, but everyone was internally good. No one wanted to change that.
The reason for this happiness was, well, the sacrifice of one king, one god. Corellon Larethian, is the elvish king of the gods. The god of the sun, of nature everything good. He married the goddess Lolth, ruler of darkness and everything bad. She could ruin Corellon’s dream of unending happiness in a second if he ever crossed her. Now this wasn’t an easy thing to do because Lolth had this stench about her, a kind no god has smelt before, her skin was as dark as ebony and her heart as cold as the tip of a mountain. But she has a crush on Corellon for a long time by this point and he was starting to realize that if he didn’t do what she wanted, she would retaliate in the worst fashion. Now this wouldn’t have been a problem except for the fact she wanted kids. Plus he was in love with another goddess.
Rillifane Rallathil, the wood elf goddess of nature and the most beautiful of all the elf gods. The amount of charisma she possessed was enough to put any man on the edge of insanity, especially a married man. Corellon’s love for Rillifane was obvious to everyone, accept for Lolth. Everyone wanted it to stay that way. It would have too, if Rillifane didn’t become pregnant.
From the second Lolth set eyes on Rillifane’s pregnant stomach she knew who’s the babies belonged to. It was at that point that the retaliation started. It started with a spell, by the way this is how rouges were created. Lolth created a spell to make herself look like Rillifane before she got pregnant, then she slipped into Corellon's dreams and got herself pregnant.
The babies were born on the same day, at the same time, right next to each other. Some say they started fighting the second they were born. The first two dragons in existence. A black dragon with smoke rotating off of it by the name of Umbroth, and a Brass dragon that seemed to glow by the name of Morelth. The first two dragons and the first enemies of the world.
Once Corellon knew what Lolth did, he was  furious, she had brought a true evil being back into the world after he worked so hard to exterminate it. Lolth wouldn’t hear it, and the war of the century started. Good against evil, husband against wife. Lolth and Corellon fought in the skies for the world to see and cower under. A decade passed and the world was in ruins. Corellon was growing tired, and Loth was in the same boat. Both gods fell and landed not far from each other on the mortal world. The population started to rejoice, now that the war was over they could get back to peace.
Until a roar came from the south and the biggest creature any mortal has ever seen came forth. Umbroth had grown into a huge adult dragon. He was ready to take over for his “loving” mother in her time of need. He wanted the world for himself, as that is was she promised him. He breathed this black flame over the hand, killing all things in his path. The sky seemed to grow this layer of darkness in front of the sun.
Soon enough, the Sun regained its strength. Reaching out its long, strong fingers and pulled apart the dark like a curtain. In its wake was an even bigger dragon, Morelth. He has been training since day one to be able to protect the world he has grown to love from his heathen brother. Morelth lew faster than light, majestic as an elk, right into battle with Umbroth.
This battle was rather short compared to the gods. depending on who was winning, the god the dragons represented would gain or lose power depending on how well their dragon child was doing. for the first few years, it became apparent that Umbroth was the stronger dragon. Until he ran out of steam and Morelth pulled forward. Giving Corellon the power to imprison lolth into the darkest of the dark where she grew a spider torso and legs.
As for Umbroth, Morelth make a quick job of getting rid of him too. Hiding his remains in the underdark so well, even the most adventurous cultist could bring him back to wreak havoc on the world again.
After the war, Morelth retired, and shifted into the form of an elf. Settling nicely into mortal life, his generations to come were always trained to protect the world he loved to much. Just in case they were needed again.
