i just had to lay my laptop from 2018 that sucks to rest. the wifi chip in it had a failure i determined was a hardware. opening it up, the wifi chip was in its proper location and the battery was buldging. and since a replacement battery is 50 - 100 dollars, ive decided its a better investment to just start building a base desktop pc.
ended up harvesting her ssd so i can back up everything on it when i can + her ram stick because. like. i could maybe use it in a fucked up senario.
