spent time poring over "lucky star" and. your use of imagery is stunning i'll start with that BUT DO YOU HAVE TO USE YOUR DIVINE SKILLS FOR SUCH TREACHEROUS THINGS.
i mean i know it was the happy ending we all wish for (eternity with scarjo... i bust a nut) but i haven't read something that interesting in a while because the way you tackle just the idea of leaving and being drawn back (you compared it to fate and the thread of it in greek mythology amazing analogy btw) it really just feels like the ebb and flow of the tide in water
like idk. i felt so happy and sad during this even through the ending (which imma happily pretend is the canon ending thank you) it was so seamless ughlksadlkjas i just needed to gush about this because i've wanted to curl up with a rierie bedtime story for a WHILE now
when i get time i'm gonna check out all ur new stuff because GIRL have you been cooking i am so excited there's so much and i am so ready to consume and analyze and muse over all of it
hope you're doing awesome (and aren't getting tired of this needlessly long message... trust there will be more to come.)
much love, jj, the mizi to your till <3
YOUUU AND YOUR ABILITY TO MAKE ME ACT LIKE A HIGH SCHOOLER, UGH. i genuinely love you so much, and i'm screenshotting this and framing this and and and—
can i just say how it's so interesting and how warm it makes me feel, that you're somehow pulled by lucky star, again? you did the exact same thing—reblog and comments—about lucky star during my carienations days.
like, if this isn't fate ... i don't know what to say ...
jj, AAH, I ADORE YOU. thaaank you so much for your lovely words [ sfx sounds of sobbing ]. reading YOU saying all of this about MY work is very special, because like i said a looong time ago, you're one of the blogs that i enjoyed visiting when i was just a reader ☹️
eternity with scarjo ... i bust a nut
→ THIS IS SO FREAKING REAL, EHAJJA, scar!jo is like ... top 3 satoru. people who're saying otherwise are LIARRR.
but, yes! i feel like when you have a deep connection with someone, in situations where death is always knocking on each other's door, actually leaving can be pretty darn hard. especially when something as complicated as love meddling in, uGh.
i can't really see any other scenario where satoru isn't reader's gravity, truly. i'm genuinely sure that their "thread" of life will always find its end to each other, because of this understanding they shared. like, even if it's not romantic, they'll always just ... hover around each other.
HHHHH, i adore you sooo much. i was literally thinking about your best friend!satoru, omg, need to re-read them ASAP. and please, i'll NEVER get tired of you (watch me yap in your inbox, too).
i hope you're doing freaking amazing, my mizi, and don't forget to take care of yourself! muah muah <3
