Brooklyn rock outfit Highly Suspect dropped their fifth LP, As Above, So Below, in July and then hit the road. And on Friday night, they got the weekend started and closed out their tour in a big way, playing the new album in full at an intimate, sold-out hometown show at Music Hall of Williamsburg.

But all I feel is the pressure

I first found out about Highly Suspect when Mister Asylum was originally released.

I got into "The Boy Who Died Wolf" after I had gotten a cassette tape of it from a record store.

It was unlike anything I was listening to at the time, and I recall getting really into each song as the album progressed.

Highly Suspect is a really interesting band because they have indie rock, hard rock, and post-punk elements in their songs, and it gives them such a cool style.

They are one of a few bands that really has their own unique sound.

There's these little familiar tinges of the genres I mentioned before, but it's really original and it's awesome!!
