Coconut oil: -
The wonders of coconut oil will never finish. Coconut oil is substantial, which is boundless for penetrating deep into the hair shaft. Pour a small amount of coconut oil and then rub it between your hands and then apply just to the ends of damp hair. If the coconut oil is in the solid form, just warm it in the microwave for about 10 seconds until it becomes liquid, and let it cool a bit before touching it. If you really have dry hair then keep the oil on overnight and shampoo out in the morning. This will help your hair into deep conditioning.
Banana + Olive Oil: -
Bananas are awesome for your hair. How will you use banana and olive oil together? Blend a banana with 1 tablespoon of organic extra virgin olive oil and smash thoroughly until the banana is crushed and pureed. There should be a very super smooth smoothie-like texture so there is no banana chunk left in it and is very easy to apply onto your hair. After applying the mask, massage into your hair and scalp and leave it for 30 minutes and then thoroughly rinse and shampoo. This mask will make your hair shiny and smooth.
Yogurt: -
Yogurt is naturally high in strong fats and the proteins, which will help your hair to remain super shiny and full with maximum moisture. There are a lot many options available when it comes to yogurt, but it’s best to select for the high-protein, low-sugar and plain variety (no fruit essences). Protein helps your hair to strengthens the hair shaft which will avoid split ends and hair damage. And sugar is a nonstarter if you want to keep the yeast and the flakes at bay. Add ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt in a vessel and stir until it gets smooth. Apply this mask/paste to freshly washed hair and massage it into the hair roots and scalp. Wear a shower cap and let it set for 30 minutes. Then rinse and shampoo your hair.
Aloe vera: -
Aloe vera is used all the time in natural healing remedies either for hair or skin. But aloe vera also works wonders as a homebased hair mask treatment. Aloe vera is a prodigious natural conditioner that helps your hair to be very smooth and shiny. Aloe vera helps promote hair growth if it is applied directly to locks and it also reduces the itchy irritation such as dandruff. Lemon can also be added to aloe vera puree as lemon is considered as anti-fungal substance for the hair. Apply 2 tablespoons of aloe vera gel and massage it and let it rest for 30 minutes and then shampoo and condition as usual. This mask will promote hair growth and reduce hair fall.
Honey: -
To naturally lighten hair and give it a soft and sun-kissed glow to your hair, honey is used. Honey is used for natural remedies as it has its vitamins, minerals proteins and other antioxidant properties. Make a mixture of 4 tablespoons of raw honey with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and then apply this mask to hair and scalp. Let it rest for 1 hour and then rinse the mask from your hair and shampoo and condition as usual. Honey mask will moisturize dry and frizzy hair and restores the shine.
Rice water: -
Rice water is one of the oldest homemade hair treatments. This is the starchy, nutrient-packed water left over after rice is cooked or in some cases, soaked. It contains lot of vitamins, minerals, and starch, which is very helpful for strengthening hair and so the hair can regrow longer and thicker without breaking. Store the rice water for 3-4 days and pour it onto your hair in the next wash and let it set for 15-20 minutes and then rinse it off with the water.
