Breathe in... breathe out... this is just a quick reminder for all of you to try and relax and to step away from what you’re doing. Take a minute to focus on your breathing, maybe also do some stretching or even yoga to let the stress out. It also helps to visualize a calming image (or just stare at this picture of my work 😉). In today's frenetic and crazy world, it’s more important than ever to create a calm and peaceful space that allows you to recharge.
