Thinking about how if Nesta was the heroine instead of Feyre, her dynamics with characters could have been very different and she could have been living that fairytale romances she reads about.

Nesta would have been the perfect Beauty and the Beast archetype and it would have been so interesting to see what she would have done given she was so strong willed to see through glamour. Plus she’s intelligent and curious, which could have led to more world building exploration.

If Nesta was the leading lady, I would have loved to see how she would have handled Amarantha and early Rhysand. The riddle would probably been simple for her.

If Rhysand x Nesta was a thing, he’d have a harder time manipulating her and it’d truly be an enemies to possibly lovers.

Tamlin x Nesta would have been so interesting. Lucien x Nesta would have been fun to watch them banter. I still think SJM was wrong to think they’d tear each other apart. Maybe Eris x Nesta could have gonna better. Maybe Cassian wouldn’t have been so volatile to Nesta since the Feyre bias wouldn’t be involved. Azriel x Nesta should just be a thing. Period. 😂

Literally so much potential.

Nesta is such an interesting character and it’s be interesting to see how things would be different if Feyre’s bias against her wasn’t leading the interactions most characters have with her. It would have been interesting to see how she handled her childhood trauma in a different context.

(Unfinished) - I will forever be upset that Mellowenglishgal who wrote the NesLin fanfic House of flame & flower hasn’t continued it😭💔 but I’m so happy she created the fic & put me onto NesLin as a romantic couple because I’ve been obsessed ever since & I hope both sides of her pillow remain cold forever!🙌🏾she created a masterpiece & the world-building is SENSATIONAL!!

(Completed) - Misseleanoreastwick who wrote the LucNes fanfic A Court of twin flames!! Because god damn this fic made me wish SJM kept her original idea of Lucien & Nesta being mates!!! I love it!!
