I think I’m going to call a small Hiatus on RFDAU.

I’m clearly not keeping up with it too well, I haven’t gotten that many asks for Greg, and it tends to take up a lot of time I take to work on other art.

I will NOT be giving up on it, nor is it ending yet, and I WILL STILL ACCEPT ASKS FOR IT

But- I just think a break while I do some stuff with other AUs, or even just drawing full pieces or mini RP’s for RFDAU, will be a nice break and will rejuvenate me once I get back into it! ^^

Sorry for those excited to see the next parts sooner rather than later but- just think of this like-! A Season break! We’ll be back soon for the next Season ^^

Something I’d like to add/make clear about asks and comments and such is that while yes behind the scenes *I* am the one picking the comments-

IN UNIVERSE THE CHARACTERS CAN SEE EVERY ASK SENT AND THEY ARE CHOOSING WHICH TO REACT TO.

It’s to be treated like a livestream, where they are recieving your “comments” actively and pick and choose which to respond to.

Like in the example of Sun reacting to all the negative comments?

He can see the positive ones… he just isn’t paying attention to them.

So sometimes, if something devolves into a tirade of negativity, and you’ve sent positivity-?

Maybe the character at hand is just not good at seeing the positivity.

(Also your positive comment may still get used! Like I said your comments HAVE changed the trajectory of the story before and it still can!) (Or at the very least I’ll just- use it for something in the future too!)

I Hope this helps better explain how the asks work and why I sometimes choose the ones I do! The characters thoughts, actions, personality, and current mood are taken into account when choosing asks!!
