Will You Go with Me and Live Again? (based on "Epic: The Musical" song "Would You Fall in Love with Me Again")
[PAN]
Father? Is this really you?
[HERMES]
Pan, finallyâŚ
[PAN]
Is it you? Or my eyes are lying?
Is it really you standing there?
Or am I dreaming once more?
You look differentâŚ
Your eyes look tired,
Your frame is lighter,
Your smile, tornâŚ
Is it really you, father?
[HERMES]
When you were gone, it fully changed me,
I am not the god you once adored,
I am not your kind and gentle father,
But I'm still loving you, as I did before!
All I wanted was see you again,
For you I did all this.
And I'm taking all the blame,
But I admit without shame,
I don't care, since I got to,
Got to see you.
[PAN]
What kinds of things did you do?
[HERMES]
Destroyed any trail of these damn mortals,
Fought Ananke in her home to fix your thread,
Hurt, destroyed the warmest place that I had,
But it's worth to get a chance of meeting you!
So tell me
Will you go with me and live again?
Return these happy days,
When I held you in my hands?
Now we have another chance!
Oh, how long I've been waiting, waitingâŚ
[PAN]
But I can't⌠All the troubles I brought you,
All the people I lost to my own monstrous selfâŚ
All my friends are here,
And your visits here - frequent,
So if we blame this all on me,
Then we all can be at peace?
[HERMES]
How could you say this?
First time I had heard your laugh, loved has filled my heart,
To keep you by my side I was ready to fight even gods.
I tried to kill Fate just to get here,
And now this is what you have asked me?!
I don't care what the conditions, but
I can't live without my son!
[PENELOPE]
Well, you helped him till this moment,
Now's my turn to make the call!
[HERMES]
PenelopeâŚ
[PENELOPE]
You gave me your love and care
Over and over again,
I pushed and you still came back,
Got to my stubborn self -
Youâre mine!
I failed you for all these long years,
But now I'll do one single thing right!
Lord Hades, let me!
[PAN]
Wait, mother, please!
[PENELOPE, (HERMES)]
Let me, let me (Penelope?)
Let me, let me,
Let me take
His placeâŚ

[Verse 1]
Isnât truth supposed to make you shine?
Well, why do I feel so dim inside?
If I could show them all my heartâs design,
Open their eyes to feelings they canât hide,
Would they find the strength to be sincere?
But when I cry, they tell me, âCheer up!â
But how can I when my heartâs already opened up?
Oh, this is where weâve been, but itâs not where we belong,
And I may seem naive, but I know my heartâs not wrong.
[Chorus]
So I look up to the stars to guide me,
And toss aside every doubt that holds me tight.
If being true to my heart is what drives me,
Then let me be the spark to light the night.
So I make this wish,
To feel something more for us than this,
So I make this wish,
To feel something more for us than⌠this!
[Post-Chorus]
Hey, yeah, yeah, yeah!
Hey, yeah, yeah, yeah, ah-ah!
More than this, oh-ah-ah-ah!
[Verse 2]
I never knew I needed space to grow,
Yeah, I whined when they told me, âNo!â
Now Iâve got all this passion in my soul,
But Iâm still scared it might just overflow.
âCause Iâve got fears and hesitations,
On how to share whatâs deep within my heart!
Iâm past just shedding my tears now,
But Iâm not, no, Iâm not past shining my spark!
If I could just be shown a way to follow,
On how to help my friends and make things right,
My voice is shaking, but my heartâs held high,
The way Palmon always taught me toâŚ
[Chorus]
So I look up to the stars to guide me,
And toss aside every fear that clouds my light.
Iâm sure thereâll be struggles that will find me,
But I can face them all with truth tonight!
So I make this wish,
To feel something more for us than this,
So I make this wish,
To feel something more for us than⌠this!
[Post-Chorus]
Hey, yeah, yeah, yeah! (So I make this wish)
Hey, yeah, yeah, yeah, ah-ah! (To feel something more)
More than this, oh-ah-ah-ah!
[Outro]
So I make this wish,
To feel something more for us than this!
(âTwas) The Nightmare After Fazbearâs - Chapter 1: âOne Night, In Halloween Town..â
(AKA âHalloween-Town Roll-Callâ, for reasons that may soon become obvious)
Not only is this possibly my most.. experimental?.. chapter for this AU, but Iâm also going to try something here that I havenât done before..
For each chapter, there will be an image serving as the header (?) for it. This is both to set the scene for the chapter ahead, but also to give yâall something to look at if you donât have time to read atm.
But letâs not waste any more time explaining. Thereâs a lot of ghosts and monsters to meet in this chapter, and it wonât just be you meeting themâŚ
~~~~~~
Under a pale yellow moon, a red-cloaked stranger fumbled down a crooked path. Not an owl alerted about the figureâs presence. Nor did the candlelight that flickered through the trees distract from this soul from its mission. The only thing that made her stop was a faint voice singing in the night.
Boys and girls of every age,
Wouldnât you like to seeÂ
something strange?
The traveller instinctively hurried down the path, as if she knew whoâor whatâ this singing belonged to. She rushed out of the woods and up to a towering iron gate. Her hand swung open the creaking doors, then she screeched to a halt. Two shadows loomed overhead, mimicking the shapes of a bear and a rabbit. They taunted with that same jumping melody while stretching out their arms like ringleaders.
Come with us and you will see
This, our town of Halloween!
Before the poor soul could object, wispy ghosts sprang out from every corner. They flew and spun as they erupted into a booming chorus.Â
This is Halloween! This is Halloween!
Pumpkins scream in the dead of night
The cloaked figure stumbled past the specters, nearly tripping over her own tattered cape. All she could do was sprint as the ghosts continued their flight down the uneven street. They flew up to cracked windows and broken balcony railings, as if to wake the creatures inside.
This is Halloween!
Everybody make a scene!
Trick or treat âtil the neighbors go
And die of fright!
Meanwhile, the traveler scrambled up to the top of a rickety staircase. She stopped to catch her breath, then carefully crept over to the railing. Before she could look down, however, several ghosts sprang up and âyelledâ in her face.
Itâs owr town! Everybody screams
In this town of HalloweenâŚ
Their voices trailed as their newest victim tumbled through an open window. One by one, they fled the scene with voiceless cackles. Their work here was done, as far as they knew.Â
As for the traveler, all she could do was dust off her cloak and try to get her bearings. Slowly, she got back up on its feet and strolled across the worn carpet floor. Darkness covered the entire room, save for an old lightbulb dangling over a disheveled bed. Two red eyes suddenly peered out from underneath. A metallic mixture of voices hissed out a warning:
I am the one hiding
under your bed:
Teeth ground sharpÂ
and eyes glowing red!
The traveler took this as a sign to leave the room altogether. She instinctively hurried out to a dimly-lit hallway, then made her way down a more stable staircase. As she turned the corner, however, a deep voice spoke from behind an alcove.
I am the one hiding
under your stairs,
Fingers like snakes
and spiders in my âhairââŚ
Tendril-like fingers withered and twitched as a long, spindly arm reached out. Unfortunately, this gesture was met with its visitor ducking out of sight. The arm only slunk back into the darkness as a nearby door slammed shut.
The shadows of the foyer gave way to red velvet curtains and charcoal gray furniture of an old-time parlor. As the veiled stranger recovered her senses, ghostly cries of âThis is Halloween!â sounded from outside. No doubt the ghosts were getting ready to haunt some other âguestâ.
Wanting to shake off any lingering sensations, the traveller walked over to a small table. On it was an open book with an old story inside. âMaybe I should pass the time by reading instead,â was our wandererâs first thought. âIt looks pretty safe in here.â
The book turned before she could even touch it. One page turned. Then nine. Then eighty-seven whole pages until it closed. Suddenly, an indigo-furred paw pried itself from under the couch cushions. A rabbit with razor-sharp buck teeth lifted the top half of the couch as the other furniture rattled. Meanwhile, a well-dressed fox sprang out from one of the curtains. His red-tipped hook shimmered in the moonlight as it caught hold of the tall grandfather clock near him. With one harsh tug, the fox unhinged the clockâs protective door. Two bluish eyes glowed from inside the clock. Silently pulsing to a rhythm only they knew.
Thanks to that hypnotic gaze, however, the urge to flee finally returned to the stranger. She stayed close to the walls as these three maniacs helped down a bat-winged chicken from her perch. The quartet arranged themselves into a straight line, then seemed to glide towards a tomb-shaped door. The door opened on its own, allowing the four to walk out and sing into the outside world:
In this town we call home,
Eâveyone hail to the lantern-song
Now seeing an opportunity, the traveler ran to the open door and slipped past the vampire-like group. She hopped down the stairs and landed onto a wide open street. A run-down van, of all things, was the first to catch her eye. She approached it cautiously, preparing for one of the doors to slide out.
A short, lanky figure popped out from behind the front windshield. His voice boomed proudly despite his face currently spinning like a pinwheel.
In this town!
Donât we love it now?
Everybodyâs waitingÂ
For the next surprise!
The traveler simply nodded and walked past. She did, however, look behind to see him wave his ribbon-tied top hat In the air. âFor someone wearing a fancy suit and a mayorâs sash, he definitely doesnât act like a mayor,â the traveler thought as she wandered into an alleyway. If everything wasnât so unnerving, perhaps she wouldâve giggled at that fact.
New voices joined with the ghostsâ chorus, adding a harsher tone to the residentsâ growing song. They seemed to be adding to the mayorâs previous verse, if only to warn any passerby. As they sang in hushed tones, the traveler strolled on.Â
âRound that corner, man,
Hiding in a trash can
Somethingâs waiting now to pounce
And how youâllâ
A trash can lid flew high into the air. A fox-eared mess of plastic and metal parts jumped into the street. Its voice fluctuated as it shrieked.
SCREAM!
This is Halloween!
A legless, cybernetic wolf and a fiery beast peeked out from behind the trash can. They sang in tandem as their friend posed for the cloaked one.
Red and blackÂ
and slimy green
Arenât you scared?
Before the traveler could answer, however, two voices cut through the air. âWell, thatâs just fine!â they called out as they swooped into the street. Without any other warning, the two intruders grabbed her arms and hoisted her into the air! She lifted her head up just enough to see two robotic animals in witch-like attire: A white-feathered hen on her left, and a green front with yellow markings on her right. They âofferedâ their advice to survival in high-pitched, accented voices.
Say it once, say it twice!
Take a chance and roll the dice
Ride with the moon
In the dead of night!
As soon as their harmonizing ended, the frogâs eyes widened. She signalled to the hen, who soon looked down at the travelerâs right arm. It was practically struggling to hold onto the Frog Witchâs broomstick, and the poor thing was too focused on not falling to notice. Not wanting to cause any real trouble, the two witches carefully lowered their broomsticks closer to the ground below. They slowed their descent just enough, then let the traveler let go on her own. Now content, the witches flew away into the sky above.
As for the traveler herself, she dusted off her cloak and looked around. The brick buildings surrounded her once again, as did her terror once a giant grizzly emerged from behind a tree. He roared out as his clear dome head pulsated with red electricity.
Evârybody scream!
Everybody SCREAM!
Stifling a scream of her own, the traveler dove into another alley. Whispery voices echoed behind her, almost apologetic in their collective tone.
âŚIn our town of HalloweenâŚ
After a minute or two of weaving through narrow corridors, she finally slowed her pace again. She walked along the winding maze. As she did, her mind also wandered down a strange path. What would happen if she took the witchesâ advice and took a risk? What if, instead of being afraid, sheâ?
Her musing was interrupted by a towering mass of wires riding in on a motorcycle. He waved to her in a surprisingly friendly manner, then inched forward. With a theatrical voice, he announced himself much like some of the others.
I am the clownÂ
With the tear-away face!
As if to prove his point, he tore off one half of his ceramic face. He leaned down so far that his unicycle threatened to top over. Completely unbothered by this risk, the clown finished his boast in a more ominous voice. His robotic âmusclesâ moved all the wile, making him seem even more bone-chilling.
Here in a flash,
And gone without a trace!
He sprang out of his seat and tumbled to the ground like a circus acrobat. The traveler held back a chuckle as she gently pushed the unicycle towards him. Not wanting to embarrass the clown any further, she continued down the rest of the street.
As she was about to turn another corner, however, a seemingly floating jack-o-lantern made her pause. Her eyes widened as she heard the same voice from the woods. This time, it sounded much more scratchy and snakelike.
I am the âwhoâ when you call
âWhoâs there?â
As soon as it asked the question, another rabbit-like creature emerged with a shoddily carved pumpkin in its clawed hand. This one, however, had the appearance of an unfinished teddy bear sewn by Victor Frankenstein himself. Patchwork fur with uneven stitching all over, a missing arm capped with some false-gold lid, and a glass âearâ containing some mystery substance. Seemingly aware of these traits, the raggedy rabbitâs expression turned uneasy as it watched the travelerâs movements.
Fortunately for it, the traveler simply waved and smiled. She even mouthed a âhelloâ, but the shadow of her hood made her mouth hard to read. Her eyes brightened as, thankfully, the rabbit understood enough to wave back as best it could.Â
Purple sparks of lightning flew up some electrical wires close by. The patchwork rabbitâs ears pinned back. It then scurried away as if it had seen a ghost.
The traveler, meanwhile, noticed the rabbitâs scurrying far too late. âWait, come back!â she noiselessly exclaimed as a breeze rolled in. An unseen voice, quiet yet clear, took over for the coward.
âŚI am the wind blowingÂ
Through your hairâŚ
Try as she might, the traveler could not find the rabbit in the growing crowd up ahead. She rolled her eyes, then looked up at the cloudless night sky to soothe her self-annoyance. The large yellow moon stared back⌠Until a dark shadow clouded it. Two orange spirals spun around the center of this shadow, almost as if it was forming its eyes. A lilting, soft-spoken voice spoke mockingly in the travelerâs ears.
I am the shadowÂ
on the moon at nightâ
Filling your dreams to
The brim with fright
The traveler just scowled and walked towards the crowd. The mechanical monsters repeated the ghostsâ chant of âThis is Halloweenâ as they walked under a crooked archway. An archway that, from what the traveler could gather, lead back to the town square.
Instinctively, she ran to join the very end of the group. Her heart pounded as a makeshift portcullis threatened to cut her off. She dashed under the archway before tripping over her own cloak. The portcullis shut with a heavy thunk. Her legs twitched and her entire body trembled. That was close. Too close. Almost as if something messed with the system controlling the gate.
Nearby giggling snapped her out of her shaken state. She looked over to see three tiny ghosts in strange headwear flew towards her. They danced around her as they commented on the festive atmosphere.
Tender lumplingsÂ
Everywhere!
Lifeâs no fun withoutÂ
A good scare!
Two stocky, child-like mannequins barged in and chased the ghosts away. The traveler watched as the five children argued as they vanished out of sight. She breathed a sigh of relief, then prepared to climb back onto her feet. To her surprise, a taller pair of mannequins offered their arms instead. They gave their reasoning without missing a beat.
Thatâs our job,
but weâre not mean
In our town of
Halloween
Carefully, the traveler rose to her feet. She steadied herself, silently thanked the pair, then gingerly continued her trek. Her path soon led her back to the large, open area from before. Monsters from every corner cheered and raised their voices in spins-tingling glee. The would-be mayor led them in his little ditty from earlier.
In this town!
Donât we love it now?
Everyoneâs waitingÂ
For the next surprise!
The traveler, meanwhile, dodged and weaved through the crowd. Her mind danced between looking for the patchwork rabbit and a building curiosity. Countless questions started to fill her head. Were they about to have a Halloween party of their own? If so, then were they waiting on someone else to arrive first?
A few of the creatures spotted her red cape fluttering past. One by one, they raised their voices in equal parts warning and praising.
Fire-haired Flash mightÂ
Catch you with a slash
And scream like a bansheeâ
Make you jump out of your skin!
She broke free from the bustle of the crowd, but now found herself right next to the fountain. And, aside from the mayor, the area surrounding it was empty. Almost as if this spot was reserved for something. Or someone.
The crowd grew even wilder as a clock towerâs bell rang in the distance. They could barely contain themselves as they started up one of those refrains.
This is Halloween!
Everybody scream!
The travelerâs pupils shrank. She whipped her head to and fro, frantically double-checking every creature she could see. Where was the fire? What kind of creature was Flash, anyway? A firey ghost? A skeleton? Maybe even a mythical creature?
Seeing the cloaked oneâs terror, a few of the monsters in the front row waved to the mayor. âWould you please make way for a very special gal?â a few of them politely asked him, one after the other.
The mayor nodded in aggreement. He spun his arm around, then bowed. The rest of the crowd proclaimed Fire-Haired Flashâs real role.
Our girl Flash isÂ
Queen of Pumpkin Patch!
Evâyone hail to the
Lantern Queen, now!
The traveler backed towards the fountain. Her knees quaked. The world around her spun. Even the voices harmonizing that call of âThis is Halloweenâ grew quieter and quieter. A reddish-orange light slowly enveloped her eyesight before everything went dark. In her mind, the creature known as Flash dragged her down into some shadowy depths. Never to be seen again..
..In reality, she simply swooned right as she fell into an open sewer vent. Several creatures called out in alarm, but others just watched intently. Whispers of âIs she all right?â and âWas that on purpose?â filled the silent air. The mayor himself hopped down from his perch on the fountainâs edge. Just as he was about to call down, however, the two little mannequins from earlier ran towards the opening. Completely unbothered (and maybe even mischievous), they sang out one last refrain:
in this town we call home,Â
Everyone hail to the lantern-song
A reddish-orange glow lit up the sewers beneath them. Suddenly, a living bundle of flames leapt onto the pavement. It swirled and danced around like a chaotic ballerina, prompting cheers from its audience. Scarlet red fabric turned to ash and soot. The flames shrank until they resembled messy pigtails atop someoneâs head. A fully robotic figure, dressed in an orange striped dress, emerged triumphantly from the smoke. She swung her claw-like hand high into the air, as if to slash away the last shreds of her disguise.
The âtravelerââQueen Flash herselfâ was back home. And not a moment too soon.
Well, Annapantsu--who is official Bess' voice inspiration--covered this a little while ago:
And I got inspired to do a little finagling with some lyrics. So we got another Bess song, this time about Bryant, who Bess is forced to get tangled up with for a time. It's not a good time for her.
Enjoy!
â ď¸Poisonâ ď¸
I gotta be stone to protect them.
Another lose-win situation just like before.
Why would I expect something more?
(God, save me!)
I should've known that this would happen.
I could see it when I looked in your soulless eyes--
The greedy demon beneath your guise.
(God, save me!)
Worst part of being trapped in hell is you can't save yourself.
Oh, you're poison!
You feed 'em your poison!
Addicted to the feelin', they can't help but swallow up your poison!
They took my choice, and all that I can do is fight for my tomorrow!
Oh-oh, oh-oh!
Anything you want is yours--freely given or taken by force!
My story's gonna end with me dead from your poison.
I'm gettin' good at bein' untrue.
I'm gettin' good at sayin' what you wanna hear.
I shutter up and just disappear.
(God, save me!)
So far beyond difficult to resist taking a gulp.
It's your poison!
Feedin' me your poison!
I'm gaggin' on the taste, and I refuse to swallow up your poison!
Trapped by your poison!
Even as I fight I know I'm doomed to follow!
Oh-oh, oh-oh!
Anything you want is yours--freely given or taken by force!
My story's gonna end with me dead from your poison.
Poison--drownin' in your poison.
Looking for a glass with drink safe to swallow.
Full of poison--all filled with your poison.
There's no point in fightin' for my tomorrow.
@rom-e-o If you could see some of the visuals for this in my head.đŤ
The song IDOL by YOASOBI and the DCA boys have been stuck in my head at the same time so I slightly rewrote the English lyrics for IDOL So they'd be DCA themed
Couldn't beat his smile, it stirred up all the media
Secret side, I wanna know it so mysterious
Even that elusive side, part of his controlled area
Complete and perfect
All you say is a bunch of lies
Dear Daycare Attendant, unmatched
What did you do today? What book do you love? Whenever you are bored, tell me, what do you usually do?
I don't do anything
It's a secret, unknown
Any questions you're facing, always acting so vaguely
So unconcerned, although you brightly glow
Any seemingly unveiled secrets are as sweet as candy
Confusing, why, why, why? Essential lie, lie, lie
So, what is your type of gal? Any lover?
So, now, answer this I don't have any idea how I could love anyone, I don't seem to know what it signifies
Cannot realize if it's true or it's a lie
Once again, there's somebody who's fallen for the words and cues
Made them lose their head over you
That emotion melts all hearts, all eyes on you' cause you are perfect, sparkling Daycare Attendant
Unrivaled, will not appear again. It's the brightest star shining, yes, indeed
Using that smiling face, that "clean up" line again
Now, everybody is lured and captivated by you
The movement that you got
The words you vocalize
Although it's untrue, itâs perfected A.i
Right, right, we all know they are very special, yes. We had lost the fight before it started, so impressed
Mister Sun and Moon, we're serving as support to their grace
Cannot tell me everything was because of them
No, it's not right, out of line, how can we not feel jealous that we can't be around, It's not a joke, you know, right? So, I cannot forgive you for that
Completely deny imperfect you that I sight, myself, no pardon allowed. I won't allow anyone if it's not you, strongest of all
That emotion seized all hearts worshiping you
Yes, indeed so strong, it's you, daycare attendant
There cannot be weaknesses to find, the brightest star is residing in you
The gaps and shortcomings, don't showâem
Dammit, dammit
Parts nobody wants to know should remain hidden. One and only, If it's different, no way, no way
Such a true love, it's realest A.i
Showing this smile, my own weapon boiling media. Keeping everything about my secret deep inside
I'm in love with you, my image is built on such a lie
It's the way I know to show my love, without a doubt
Made of metal, my look glowing brightest aqua, right?
Ruby spread onto my hands and eyes where it resides
I sing and dance around look at me, I'm Idol AI
So, lying surely is the greatest kind of love
I recall no one that loved me once before, and I've not been in love with anybody before
Now, the lies I'm told to say, I'm hoping that a day comes when they all become true and I
keep wishing they do
One day, I will hold everything that I pursue, yes, I am so greedy, Sun and Moon Attendant!
So, sincerely, what I'm wishing for, Is to love each of you with all my heart
And so, today, I lie again
The words I follow by inside of me, I'm wishing that one day they come true
Up to this day, I've not been able to let anyone hear me say those meaningful words
I said it at lastI know it's not a lie as I'm voicing these words "I love you."
So, a while ago I wrote my own english lyrics for the song "Ich gehĂśr nur mir". I was just bored, and the translated version that you can find never really clicked for me. In my mind it just came across as too stilted/upperclass in a way. Which, she was, but she was also wild and rebellious.
This was just for fun, but I always wanted to do something with it. Something more than sitting on my computer, anyway! So I'll post it.
I Belong To Me
I will not
be kept small, reduced to this simple role.
I will not
be subdued, kept under such tight control.
I will not become your property.
For I belong to me.
I want to
ride horses, to see many distant lands.
I want to
go skating, to see what the ice withstands.
Why does it matter if I'm carefree?
I belong to me.
If you wish to change me
Iâll just run away,
far from the duties and court.
If you wish to chain me,
I never will stay.
I'll sail like a ship from the port!
Since I want to live free
Iâll forge my own path ahead.
Iâll dictate what will be,
I never will be misled.
I will always fight so Iâll be free.
For I belong to me.
I donât want the weight of
fulfilling the publicâs cries.
While faced with such cruel love
harsh judgements, and searching eyes.
To escape from these crowds, I will flee
For I belong to me.
If you wish to know me
then give me my space.
I wonât give you all that is me
If you wish to chain me
Iâll leave your embrace
and sail for the wide open sea!
Iâm hoping you see me,
you understand and defend.
Iâm hoping you will be
my partner, and also friend.
But do not think, as your wife
I will give you my whole life.
For I belong to me.
To me!
A rewritten version âIf I Could Tell Herâ from Dear Evan Hansen, but with Roman singing to Remus about how Logan feels about him. This could work in the Thomas-scape but it can work with AUâs as well. Its flexible.
I would sing this, but I canât sing. So sharing this rewrite is the best I can do!
(Roman):
He thinks that youâre⌠awesome
(Remus):
Logan? And I thought Jan-Jan Binks was the liar-
(Roman):
Itâs true though!
(Remus):
Yeah? How?
(Roman):
Well... he said
There's nothing like your smile
Sort of chilling and perfect and real
(Remus):
Pfft-
(Roman):
He said
You never knew how wonderful
That smile could make someone feel
(Roman):
And he knew
Whenever you get bored
You scribble dicks on the cuffs of my sleeves
And he noticed
That you somehow passed physics
And youâve been trying to eat more greens
(Roman):
But he kept it all inside his head
What he saw he left unsaid
And though he wanted to
He couldn't talk to you
He couldn't find the way
But he would always say
(Roman):
If I could tell him
Tell him everything I see
If I could tell him
How he's everything to me
But we're a million worlds apart
And I don't know how I would even start
If I could tell him
If I could tell him
(Remus):
Has he mentioned anything else?
(Roman):
About you?
(Remus):
Screw it, not like I care anyway-
(Roman):
No, no, no just, no, no he said, he said so many things
I'm just, I'm trying to remember the less nerdy ones so, um...
He thought
He looked really pretty, er-
It looked pretty cool when you put those glowing stars in his hair
(Remus):
Wait, really!?
(Roman):
And he wondered how you learned to dance
Like all the rest of the world isn't there
(Roman):
But he keeps it all inside his head
What he sees he leaves unsaid
(Roman):
If I could tell him
Tell him everything I see
If I could tell him
How he's everything to me
(Remus):
But we're a million worlds apart
(Roman):
And I don't know how I would even start
If I could tell him
If I could tell him
But what do you do when there's this great divide?
(Remus):
He just seems so far away...
(Roman):
And what do you do when the distance is too wide?
(Remus):
It's like I don't know anything
(Roman):
And how do you say
I love you
I love you
I love you
He loves you...
(Roman):
⌠Yes you're a million worlds apart
And I don't know how I would even start
But you could tell him
You could...
