Luka (willingly) goes up into space on the same suicide mission ryland was on, except instead of ryland it's luka ofc. The two others on the ship die he's left all alone bla bla bla. The moment ryland finds Rocky's ship would be the moment luka finds something small and hard, but definitely not an asteriod. He manages to reel it in, gets in his space suit goes inside. It's freezing, and inside there's an ice cold box. He brings the box in and places inside a containment chamber where he can view it. It has a little picture of fire on the box so he heats up the chamber. Over a few days an inky indigo blob comes out and can move on its own (cue the rocky copying rylands moves scene) and eventually as he keeps checking on it it keeps changing shape to look more human (it's a shape shifter. It's also evillustrator.) But it originally stays in white and indigo with what looks to be a predetermined design. Eventually he introduces it to his atmosphere, and with many layers of warmth it manages to survive. Seems to have less gravity wherever it comes from tho bc it keeps dropping things in the air and expecting it to be there when it needs it again. Like rocky, it can create things pretty much out of thin air. It doesn't need to eat, but it relies on sleep, and it refuses to try and verbally communicate. They get close and open up about their sad backstories, luka is still technically married to marinette but he could tell she only married him bc she couldn't have adrien (even suggested he dye his hair blonde at one point) and evie manages to tell him it's own backstory. It was sent off on a small spacecraft, to travel around one of its planets many moons but the ship went straight past the moon and travelled off into space, which is why it made the box. Eventually it was found by another species space crew with an extremely different, for evie unhabitable, atmosphere. They brought it home and instantly made it it's own biodome. Guess whos species it is guys. Reverser. Guess who's the leader of the "shit we just discovered aliens" team guys. Reverser. Except he's called revenant in this. Dr Haven Revenant. And theyre non binary. They're an outcast in their society so they quickly became attached to evie, and when the others finally made a space craft to get evie home, they ended going to prison for interferring. But when said space craft got it home, they kicked it RIGHT back out bc "IT WASNT MEANT TO MAKE IT BACK" basically, the time go fishing scene happens and lukas like "holy shit he's made me a bunch of fuel I'll take us both back to earth!" But the time go fishing irreparably damaged the ship sm they wouldn't be able to. UNTIL evie points out that revenants planet is closer and so they go back and revenant is let out bc they're lit the smartest creature ever and yay happy polyamourous woke aliens
