This is both of them centuries after their apple incident. They looked a little different (and a little younger) before Dream's corruption.

Dream (I think I might call him sol) still uses an arrow but mostly for stealth attacks or ranged attacks, he primarily fights with fire and his wings (which can be sharp enough to cut, just like og NM's tentacles.

Thats alright! Welcome!! Reverse Dreamtale is written on the premise, "what if dream and nightmare were able to go back and fix things from their past?"

It ended up spiraling into a story of dreams group reversing the dreamtale au,-which since it is a 'storybook' and not code like other aus, wasn't supposed to have a reset function- and nightmares crew dealing with the consequences of dreams actions!

***The main premise of this story are to have the twins actually face their differences and the issues that have kept them apart! dealing with nightmares bullies, dreams ignorance,(actually going back to see Niel bc everyone forgot him), and touching on what the town should have been!!!***

i will have some parts in their that touch on personal head canons as well as fanon stuff about the dreamtale au!

Its also a way for me to indulge in my fixation on the dreamtale au separate from the original creator, Joku. While i enjoy Jokus characters, the execution of the au could've gone better. there was never an actual setting, history or lore to the village the twins grew up in. while fan theories filled in most of the holes, i wanted to flush out my own version of this quaint little town! (i have a bunch of information on the creation of the setting if youre intersted!!)

Though, when you narrow it down to the bones(lol), Reverse Dreamtale is basically an utmv fanfiction in comic form! a way to express myself in the fandom in a way that really gets the story across and more people can enjoy!!!

It has come to my attention that I don't have the up to date comic posted here.

I will fix that problem.

with motivation, i can crank out a page in two hours if the thumbnail/storyboard and script is already made.

but overall, it can take me anywhere between three hours to a whole day to make a page, but those are days when i forget to eat bc in my adhd mind the comic is way more important!!!! rn, im trying to script out the next few chapters, thats why its taking so long. a 'chapter' changes when there is a time skip, thats how im separating the sections.

if you have any other questionsin the making of the comic, or just about how the comic making process works, id be happy to share the infromation!!!
