Karen: you need to retrain your associate to have more respect

Me confused because the associate in question is one of the most respectful: I'm so sorry to hear that can I ask what happened?

Karen: she was super impatient with me because I have no service in your store and she was rude to my wife

Me still confused because again that does not sound like my associate: again I'm so sorry to hear that. Also just so you know in the future to avoid any issues with connectivity we do have wifi-

Karen now on the phone: I was just in your store and I spoke with a manager about a rude associate, my wife told me it was actually another customer and your associate went out of their way to help both of us. I'm sorry I just get really upset when people are rude to my wife
