as a spanish speaker i tend to generally understand portuguese since the languages are similar, however i cannot for the life of me find out what “cuzin” means. but i suspect it may be something vulgar lol. i was wondering if you knew?

Cuzinho: the -inho suffix is diminutive.. think of it as cuzito

I don’t know if you’ve come across this in written or spoken language, but cuzin is just a contraction, like saying ‘gotcha’ instead of ‘got you’. Pretty common in Portuguese like

Um = one

Unzinho, um + -inho = just one, a tiny one
