We are Sirius about pizza, but in the words of Holly’s Irish great grandmother, “We are not dead yet and this isn’t heaven”, so we do our best living in an imperfect world. Want your pizza to go? We create an aluminum foils nest for your pizza leaving the top open to allow the steam to escape. Cooking each pizza in 60 to 90 seconds in a 900 degree oven means when they come out steam is billowing off them. Trap all that steam in a box and you get moist, soggy instead of crisp, delectable.
