Of course, my guide on Tulpamancy, covering tulpa history, different types of tulpas, methods for all practices within Tulpamancy, and even what to do after making a tulpa. Still a work in progress, though! Feedback is always appreciated.

The FAQ for my guide and is currently the most expansive FAQ on Tulpamancy with over forty pages of answered questions covering all topics of Tulpamancy.

A very important one to read since this is Tumblr, but an article about whether or not tulpas fit in the category of a mental disorder. Short answer: no, they most certainly aren’t.

Tulpa.io is an older site that used to have a forum, but it still has useful resources archived in many, many aspects of Tulpamancy.

New to Plurality? This small booklet explains Plurality well and how it can form in people.

An unfortunately inactive podcast channel that has episodes on various Tulpamancy topics, though some of the things they describe (like switching and possession) are not objectively accurate or sometimes wrong, so keep that in mind.

Care for a slightly creepypasta experience a well-known Tulpamancer had many years ago? These are an ebook and archive of the blog of an infamous ex-member of the Tulpamancy community, known as Koomer and his now sadly dissipated tulpas Oguigi. This is a real-life example of what can go wrong in Tulpamancy, but there were outside factors that did affect what happened, namely the use of different drugs that I will not name, so do keep that in mind.

Not necessarily a guide on its own, but this addendum does have incredibly helpful tips for mindsets in Tulpamancy, but do note their definition of switching is subjective and not entirely true. Switching can be instant with enough practice and certain methods and dissociation is not a required prerequisite to switching depending on the method.

If you have plenty of time, this nearly 200 page Tulpamancy guide may use up your rainy day, and is the longest guide ever written for Tulpamancy at the time of writing. Made by a tulpa himself, this guide is expansive, covering many aspects not directly linked to making a tulpa, but useful for the process. Also includes a section browser if you want to read a specific section.

Another inactive podcast channel mostly discussing Tulpamancy, but also other topics on depression, identity, and even gender.

A visual imposition guide breaking down the process of imposition and focuses on how it works; includes a lot of visualization.

Simplistic and focuses on meditative practices, this booklet-styled guide works best for those who are somewhat skilled or wish to learn meditation.

Though previous knowledge of Tulpamancy definitions are useful, this piece focuses on debunking Tulpamancy myths for the newcomer (switching again, can be instant and does not require dissociation beforehand).

Do note that the creators of this guide are not the nicest of people, but this guide focusing on earlier of creating a tulpa are well written and helpful, thus included anyway.

Described by multiple Tulpamancers and tulpas of this being the best take on Tulpamancy that was not made by the community itself. Explains multiple aspects on Tulpamancy and not just creation.

Written about Tulpamancy and similar practices breaking the norm and how culture stigmatizes them, this article describe Tulpamancy and how it challenges what is considered “healthy” by society.

Lost a systemmate? This guide is quite unique, as it focuses on how to find and bring back systemmates that may have left without warning.

Parroting: the bane of many Tulpamancers trying to get their tulpa to chat with them. This neat article explains why parroting is not as likely as it feels or seems.

A HUGE gathering of various guides and resources for Tulpamancy, but it’s not being updated much anymore since the author feels that it’s mostly complete. They’re accepting feedback, though, and some of the guides are historic and the very first Tulpamancy guides to be written.

From the author of A Deconstruction of the Newcomer’s Tulpa Mentality, this is a small set of guides on various Tulpamancy aspects excluding imposition.

This one is more focused on the tulpa doing their part in forming their own subconscious; this article also focuses on active and passive forcing to accomplish the aforementioned goal.

One of the older guides on this list, but a good one nonetheless. It focuses on earlier stages like vocality and makes the use of personality forcing if you’re into that.

Another oldie but a goodie, but it is misleading by saying it’s an “absolute” guide. One of the longer pieces for sure, but definitely not the longest. It also cross-references other guides and resources for things the author has not personally experienced, so do keep that in mind.

Another older, but still useful guide that actually includes a small definitions section (you can tell it’s old because it’s referring to tulpas as its instead of using they pronouns).

A list actually made by a member on the Tulpamancy Hub that is a list of 101 things to talk about with your systemmates, which is perfect for training a tulpa’s vocality.

Easily the most in-depth personality forcing guide around, this piece is amazing for understanding the workings of personality formation and how to apply it to tulpas.

A resource site about endogenic systems, terminology, how endogenic systems form and so on.

An article detailing the actual origins of Tulpamancy since the true origins of Tulpamancy are often misunderstood as cultural appropriation.

A guide about a form of imposition known as "spatial awareness" or "presence imposition" that teaches a Tulpamancer how to sense where their tulpa is and how to sense their presence.
