Hi! I love seeing your garage kits, they all look so beautiful! How did you get into painting garage kits, do you possibly have any tutorials that you would recommend for starting with garage kits? Do you have any photos of what your first painted garages kits looked like compared to your current work? :)

For the question how it started:
I first learned about garage kits quite a long time ago in my teen years by reading an anime/manga magazine. Garage kits were introduced there and it fascinated me a lot that you could build your own figures from your favourite fandoms. However, it wasn't possible for me back then to start myself. It wasn't possible to purchase them from Europe and without internet for me back then.
A few years later I discovered an online shop that sold a few kits and I could get the first ones for me. But my working wasn't very good. There weren't any tutorials to find online, so my first works weren't looking very good (this was around year 2005). And I stopped with that hobby for a long time, while still being interested in it.
In 2016 I started working with kits again. I found a german speaking online community, where I found lots of tips and know-how and I started doing it seriously. My frist kit from that time was Shinku from Rozen Maiden. I don't have pictures from my first kits though, I de-colored them again and made two of them new.
