@askthehoenngods Kyurem (human form) @ Reshi: He could feel the current in the air, and he walked past the Zapdos to see Reshi looking upset. He was worried, so he walked over and sat beside her with visible concern on his face.
"Having a rough time?" he asked, his tone more gentle than usual. "Do you want to talk about it?"
“I suppose I wish I was more like him.” She speaks slow, quiet. “He is more of a god than I ever wish I could be.”
“Zekrom is…dutiful. Dilligent. He trained daily to ensure he was prepared the loment a fight should erupt. He wasn’t concerned by worldly desires. Only that our people were protected.”
“That their futures were protected.” A flicker of anger flashes through her eyes. “Perhaps that’s why we clashed so much I suppose. He was cold, and callous. I don’t know how many times I offered him respite or a jovial activity and the amount of times he scoffed. I was the one to bring him to bed. If not for my actions he would stay awake all night simply to train.”
A few moments pass. “But if I was more like him…maybe things would be different. After all, he was the one with the power to protect his region and triumph over Apura. His influence exists even now. What have I? Scraps of history and memories lost to a forgotten time.”
“How do I wish to face him-To stand against all he stands for when I am not his equal?” Her attention turns towards the trident in her palms. “Even my attendants doubt my abilities. There is nothing I can sway to change their opinion.”
“How do I rewrite history?” She asks the elder, a sad smile upon her face.
