who are the characters that inhabit my designs?
After Ross Clarkes session and feedback I realise I may have ignored the model aspect of my project a bit too much; I want the focus to be on the background and set, with the model and costume complimenting it rather than being the main attraction. But that doesn't mean I shouldn't put as much thought and meaning into it, so moving forward I'm going to add more research and development to that part of my project.

Amazing and inspirational short video from UNICEF on the Innocenti Report Card 12. It shows the information written in the report in a short and simple video, incorporating moving infographics and moving images to give across a strong message which is easy to understand. It’s an inspiration and challenging video which inspires me to create something similar for a cause.
Meet Christian, Web Developer
Hey, Hi, Hello there, I'm one of your friendly neighborhood Web slinger Developers! I've been working here for just over 2.5 years now, back when we all still fit in one building (P1!). I came to interview with Procore when some friends recommended I come and work with them. Being able to come back to Southern California was a major factor (NorCal weather is always cold *brrrrrrr*), and having access to nicer beaches/seafood is a big plus for me. Since then, I have seen the company explode in growth, but good company and Bagel Fridays have stayed consistent. Currently, I work on Submittals, RFIs, Transmittals, and Meetings. The coolest thing that I've done recently, with my team, is rewrite the front end of the submittals tool to leverage more recent and performant technology. Ben and I, the Front-end portion of the team, are moving SUPER fast now and have big changes in the works we're sure will delight many of our customers. When I'm not at work, I spend more time in a dance studio than I care to admit. My time is split between Work, Dance (Hip Hop), Dance (Swing Dance), and sometimes, sleep. I'm on a Hip Hop dance team here in Santa Barbara, and occasionally do performances around town. If I'm not in a studio I'm more likely than not swing dancing, or in a different city swing dancing, or playing Dungeons and Dragons. Oh yeah, I'm kind of a huge nerd, but I’m pretty sure comes that with the territory. While it's hard to believe that I do work, as told to me several times by friends, I do on occasion take a break and bother the recruiting team/read a book/or play a board game with all my friends (at lunch, in the Great Hall, in P4).
