I am looking for a post war fic on ao3 where draco is kind of an unofficial dragon caretaker and harry is an auror. the ministry is corrupt or wrong in this fic, if not corrupt.
The description was a scene where harry finds a dragon and he is about to stun it (as he’s an auror and they’ve been tracking unmarked dragons to chain or something) but he sees draco under its wing/near its leg. Turns out draco is actually taking care of them unofficially, you know? like he has gone underground and is living unplottable or something and yeah... bunch of other stuff happens.
But he is not in the manor, but mountains. i think he also works at a butcher shopã…¡ pigs if i remember correctly? i cannot remember other details.
