Does the slight drop in the numbers make me feel better.
Also yes.
I was thinking about trying to set a few realistic goals for the month of April. I know that the best case scenario is losing 1kg per week, but no matter how hard I work, it never happens, so I usually try to aim for 3kgs per month instead of 4. And even as pictured above, I've lost 3kgs during a month and a half.
But since I finished the acting seminar that required most of my attention last week, I can now focus on my workouts and meal prep a bit more, I feel optimistic about setting a goal of -3kgs for April, and hopefully the drop from the 70s will fuel me to keep on going strong! 💪

Finish YWA's HOME 30 Day Yoga Journey, and start another one of Adriene's 30 Day Yoga Journeys, one that I haven't completed in the past. 🧘♂️
Document (and Hit) Water Intake consistently. 💧~2lts
Work on my Character (Sonya, from Uncle Vanya😍) at least twice a week, on my own, aside from any rehearsals. 🎭
Re-read Uncle Vanya, at least twice. 📖
Mend my Sleeping Schedule💤 (this is a big one, will focus on this more specifically next month).
Visit at least 1 Museum/Gallery. 🖼
Read (not listen to!) 1 book. 📚
