I would like to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services you offer.It is inexcusable to make a customer wait for 33 minutes on the phone to then receive no apology for my wait. Further to this, it is ridiculous that one is made to use the telephone to make a booking due to a flaw in your online booking system. On the topic of booking; I arranged over the phone to have a bulk kerb side collection booked for my property (after my wife was rudely told that this was not possible). The next day I was rung by the same operator who said my booking had been declined. This is especially odd because your telephone message - which I have now memorised due to listening to it for over 30 minutes - says, and your online booking system says that bookings CANNOT be cancelled. Can you really have rules for customers and then separate rules for yourselves? Due to being busy the day before the council pick, I had placed my items out on the kerb side the day earlier - hence my items are now on the kerbside with no council pick up!!! 

So that I could be a good citizen and not someone who leaves a neat, organised pile of waste on the kerbside, I organised a skip bin to be delivered at my house. That was delivered this morning just before 8am. At 12:09pm I received an email from ‘Shelly Lindette” from Remondis saying that my collection had been booked and would be picked up today.

This is absolutely ridiculous!!

Had I not heard from Shelly way after the point, and had I not already had my items on the kerbside, your collection people would have come for nothing and I would have gotten in trouble! 

The fact I hadn't heard from anyone is pathetic! I do not appreciate not hearing from anyone and then being forced to spend $220 to organise my own collection. 

I have not returned to my house since this morning but I can assure you, I will be extremely frustrated if I return home to discover my pile has been collected and I am now the proud owner of a skip bin that will remain empty for the week.

You are probably thinking why did I choose to write this email and  not give you call. Simply put, I do not have an hour up my sleeve to waste until you are ready to talk to me... that hour could be better spent filling up my new skip bin.
