Forgiveness Brings Peace and Freedom
If you are feeling, angry, resentful, frightened and want to direct those feelings onto “others” - the people who have “caused” these feelings. Stop for a moment and examine why you feel like this.
Breathe. Calm your mind.
Ask yourself quietly, why you feel like this and why are you directing your feelings to someone else.
Is it easier to blame someone else for the way you feel.
A fundamental truth, though; is that you are the only one who can truly dictate how you feel.
Look deep within for the feelings that make you smile - the feeling of being happy, in love, having abundance..... remember those feelings. And feel good.
Let go of the blame.
Forgive those you resent, are angry with, frightened of and pass the burden of their actions back to them; and forgive yourself. Be kind to yourself, love yourself. Be kind to others, because that is one of the best feelings in the world.
