📚Too Loud Next Door — Chapter 5: Remus
"I’m not a customer, I’m an old friend of this boring berk," Sirius smirked drop-dead gorgeously. He took a confident step forward, ruthlessly cutting the distance between himself and Tonks to a dangerous minimum, and extended a hand. "Sirius." "Oh," Tonks looked from the radiant Black to the pale Remus, as if genuinely trying to comprehend how two such utterly different people managed to be friends, and then looked back. An open, slightly bewildered but bloody friendly smile appeared on her face. "And I'm Tonks. From the shop next door." She returned the handshake, but Sirius, ignoring boring etiquette, gently held onto her palm and pressed his lips to her slim wrist. It was Black’s trademark move — light, casual flirtation that, unfortunately, had worked flawlessly for the past fifteen years. Tonks froze. A bright flush instantly crept across her cheeks, turning almost the exact same colour as her hair. "Archaic peacock", Remus thought venomously, clenching his fists under the counter.
