VERITATES aus Köln und Lörrach sind ein Quartett, das sich dem klassischen, klischeefreien Power Metal mit dezenter Thrash-Kante verschrieben hat. Hörbar beeinflusst von Iced Earth zur Matt Barlow Ära und frühen Kamelot bietet das Debütalbum „Killing Time“ genau das passende Material für Fans der genannten Zielgruppe. Eingängige Strukturen mit großartigen Hooks wie im Titeltrack treffen nicht selten auf leicht verschachteltes, ausladendes Arrangement wie im 11-minütigen Epos „Hangmen Also Die“. Attaching elastic straps: because elastic stretches it usually breaks most bonds with glues. So I stop the stretch by sewing a small piece of nylon webbing to the elastic. I then sand down the Eva foam to ensure a good adhesion, apply Cosbond Attach & Build to the nylon and adhere it to the foam. I then apply a covering of Cosbond Reinforcer over the assembled nylon/elastic combo. This gives me a long lasting secure elastic strap.
