March 3rd, 2020 Where do I even begin? Over a year ago, you asked me to be your girlfriend and as reluctant as I was so happy that I said yes. I never knew I could love you as much as I do now. Every day you show me how much you love me and today was no exception. You picked me up from school and usually one of us is annoyed, but it was both of us. Once we settled in even being annoyed we were already laughing and giving each other shit. After a few weeks of not having sex, we tried again and come to find out I had left a huge puddle of blood on your bed. I have never felt so embarrassed with you, in the time we’ve been together. I just wanted to crawl and hide from you. I wanted you to take it away quickly, but at the same time, I didn’t want you to see the mess I had made. Trying to get me off the sheet as I hid of embarrassment you made me laugh and make light of the situation. You put the sheets in the wash and I had put my clothes back on and hid under the covers. You held me and said it was okay. You held me like a baby and tried to sing me a lullaby which you had no idea how it went. You did everything you could to make me feel better and make me smile. I know I yell at you all the time and get upset over the smallest thing, but I do it because I have my troubles and I don’t ever want to see you leave me. You are my best friend and I love spending all the time I can get with you. We’re coming up to the one year you told me you loved me for the first time and me being damaged I thought you were lying. Thank god I was wrong, because I love you more than anything. You put up with my bullshit and my family, but you also take me for who I am. And although we are still learning how we both work, I wouldn’t want to fight with anyone else. I know I tell you this every day, but I do love you. Potentially more than you can ever know. Thank you for loving me as much as you do and I promise if you continue to I will do the same baby.
