Today's vintage-style pinup art is another tribute to the late great Bill Randall with ‘Patriotic Painter’! Libby painted the Fourth with a big grin, Just red on her hips and pride on her skin. She said with a wink and twinkle so sly, "I'm dressed just right for the 4th of July!"
