so this was a drawing i did a while ago, of a print by Japanese artist Seichii Hayashi, probably around the...ehhhh, 1970's I think? Most of his art is from the 70's and 80's. I made the hands a bit different, made it a little simpler, and made the anatomy a little more realistic because in the original piece the woman is kind of...just cylindrical. There's not much spine. this drawing took about two or three hours to do, I can't remember which.

So Seichii Hayashi did some art for the Japanese band Lamp, and I was listening to Lamp when i drew this- Raindrop City specifically. And it was raining outside.

Just kidding, I know whata going on in this scene and I wanted to draw it simply because it looks pretty so I had to redraw(?) this scene but with my Mario design.
Mario in the great mission to rescue princess peach is such a little cutie, plus hes kinda emotional like me.
By the way, can I just say I am so glad its now Autumn/no longer summer. Summer sucks, hence why the both begin with s, everyone's hot and sticky and stuff and its too bright in summer plus hay fever. Basically, the minute autumn comes around I no longer miss summer.
