#splat comic is for the project as a whole, and despite the tone of the series it's based on it will be quite depressing. something about the nature of mankind as reflected in these squid-people or something #redfoot is the nickname of the the captain of the squidbeak spittoon, and she has a horrible case of ptsd. smokes and drinks to cope with it. generally quite sad, as she isn't getting any professional help for her issues. #ichika is a recovering addict who has recently turned her life around. she isn't in the spotlight of the comic that often but she is agent 4. she's also trans because we deserve more trans characters who aren't perfect little angels. works at grizzco, and generally kind of emotionally numb to the realities surrounding her. #lilith is redfoot's best friend, and is the only octoling in the main cast. has amnesia regarding everything before octo expansion. as you could guess she is agent 8. she's an asshole but she cares a lot about the people around her. #nikka current holder of the agent 3 title. was raised by salmonoids until her clan got wiped out with the exception of her adoptive brother, who has taken the alias of little buddy. is naive on how inkling society works, but she is not as stupid as people see her as.
