People are often surprised to find out that I’m 42 years old. The first question that I get is about my skincare regimen. Lol While I’m a huge advocate of skincare & champion skincare in a major way that’s not what I attribute to it the most. Wanna know my greatest skincare secret for youthful skin? My truest response is... I have learned overtime not to allow people or situations stress me out. I may get anxiety and even feel overwhelmed at times but I let it go. I remember about 5 years ago my sister n law was talking to my hubby about a problem she had and I heard her say... “I don’t know why I always get so worried and stressed out because it always works out.” When she said that it resonated with me so strong that I never forgot those words. How can I say that I’m a faith walker & be stressed out & worried all the time? Do I really believe that “all things work together for my good”? Do I really trust God in all things? I’ve gone through a lot in my life & experienced some of the toughest situations which should’ve broken me, aged me & took me out. But that’s when and how I learned to trust God the way that I do. Trust me... stress, worry & doubt will age you faster than any skincare regimen could remedy. I learned not to allow anyone or anything to stress me out. Find ways to release & remove your stress: •Eliminate things from your to do list of responsibilities that are not a necessity. •Remove toxic people and energy from your circle. •Do things that keep you active and make you happy.
