In Brave and the Bold, he went and built himself a son and tried his very best to be a good father to said son, despite that son turning evil in the end. In the Christmas episode, he tried to understand the meaning of Christmas and I believe he got it in the end, even if his circuits were fried. Bottom line, Red Tornado not only WANTS to be a father, he also puts in the effort. [x]
