Not gonna lie
That 4 days in the psych hospital and then partial treatment after was just what I needed
Tell me you don't see how this doesn't make sense
I'm starting to feel slightly tipsy and I'm so excited and LIFE IS GOOD and I'm not scared. no no no right in this moment I am not scared. I am stronger than this.
Finally got to talk to my best friend after she missed the last 10 days of school and was in the hospital. So glad she is getting better (hopefully).

Today's Recovery Positive Accomplishments
1. I attended my art therapy class and had fun expressing my emotions through paint. Painting is so relaxing, which was very nice since I've been so incredibly busy lately.
2. I led my feminist book club tonight. We had a great discussion about Alice Hoffman's book, The Dovekeepers!
3. I was able to go to work, go to my art therapy class and then host my book club today with no nap in between. Go me!!!!
Tuesday 19th February :)
So I've already had two rest days, Monday and Sunday. BUT I HAVE A REASON! I went to the physio on Sunday and it left me feeling quite sick, and upset because my foot condition is worse than I though, it's have a very bad impact on my lower legs and hips and I also have sciatica. But anyway too much to explain. So I took it easy today and mainly focused on my abs. My usual ten minute run was interrupted by a lot more walking than I was happy with, but didn't want my feet to give up with the walk home, just under two miles haha. 10 minutes stretching and 1000 metre row to warm up 10 minutes walking/ running Sit up, 8kg kettle bell: 30 20 10 6kg oblique twist 20 20 15 leg lifts 6 press ups(LOOOL) 10 minute cross train to cool down. Not great but you know, slowly does it :) really want to get my arm and upper body strength up for kickboxing!
