,,Jurio sam od nje danju, jurio od nje noću, po drumu godina trčeći bežao, i odrekao sam se nje i smejao se, smejao, dok su mi oči gorele od zadržanih suza."
Collage about a novel "Rebecca" by Daphne du Maurier. Actress on the left is Hady Lamarr. Her appearance is how I imagine Rebecca. On the right side is an actress Joan Fontaine who played Mrs. de Winter in the movie(1940) with the same title. A man by her side is Laurence Olivier who played her husband-Maxim. Moreover, maison on top and bottom is Menabilly in which the author lived for 26 years. The sentence in the middle is the first written in the book. Spoiler: I like the candlestick and fire near Rebecca since she is the main reason why Manderley was burned. I hope you liked my little explanation about my motives with making this collage. ❤️🔥
