It's hard to explain, but the way Catra says "Heeey Adora..." is like the inverse of when Zim says "Hello Diiib!" It's like poetry. It rhymes.

Like Catra's greeting is sarcastically laid back with a hint of flirtation, trying to piss off her rival by acting like she's not even taking the encounter seriously. Whereas Zim very much wants to communicate that this is serious business. He put a lot of effort into his latest plan and he's very happy about having a captive audience to appreciate it.
