sorry for the tags again , it’s come to my attention that the whole vinted situation might not be what i previously thought it was

in short , that idea may have been created by a theory account to gain popularity , and the listings on the said app may have been faked . someone mentioned to me that the shipping partners vinted has wouldn’t allow this without actual legal issues arising , since their packages are always handled a ton .

i also need to address how i framed the whole post as well . i knew that it could probably be fake , but i tried to keep it as serious as i could . however i didn’t reassure you all to take this with a grain of salt because it could be fake (w the lackluster evidence i had).

im sorry i caused an uproar about this , still keep an ear out about it though . regardless of if the listings are fake or not , those people shouldn’t be allowed on the site . trolling like that is harmful , and allows actual traffickers to get away with shit .

i sincerely apologize for causing panic among you all , and i’ll start doing a lot more research before doing awareness posts , and refrain from being impulsive .
