The song is Joker by Jason Manns ft Jensen Ackles.

What gets me is that he could've chosen any other song to add to this video. Most people active in the fandom know who Jason is.

Alternatively, if he wanted to indicate that this specific song was his favourite or he wanted to promote it because Jensen was in it, he could've used any part of the song and only mention that it featured Jensen.

What gets me is that he used Jensen's part specifically and none of Jason's. It is Jason's album and not Jason and Jensen's.

So here is the part Misha was dancing to which is sang by Jensen:

I find it quite interesting owing to the fact that Jensen has called him cute. Also peaches??!! 🍑🍑 ("citrusy creamsicle stone-fruit juicy goodness" anyone?)

Maybe it means nothing but maybe it means exactly what I'm thinking.
