The Lobe sniffed. "Out of all of your ideas, that one is surely the worst." Oblongata stared at his clipboard a little harder. Medulla cleared his throat. "There's one thing we haven't tried yet… television." The Lobe whirled around to his henchmen, sneering. "Television?" Medulla shrank back slightly. "Well… some people say it helps them sleep." "The idiot box that rots your brain?" The Lobe's voice became icy. "Television is intellectual poison. An endless parade of loud colors, juvenile antics, and chaotic nonsense designed to liquefy the mind of the viewer." The Lobe sat up straighter as he continued to rant. "The worst are the animated shows. Nothing but puerile humor and non sequiturs as characters break the fourth wall, ignoring any semblance of plot while shouting at the viewer when they're not reusing stock footage from old Warner Brothers movies. Every artist, writer, and actor involved in such a project is nothing more than a talentless hack!" "That's… oddly specific, boss," Oblongata said quietly. The Lobe crossed his arms. "Actually, I've changed my mind." Medulla and Oblongata perked up hopefully. "That was the worst of your ideas," the Lobe said dryly.
