“Ohmygod.” You gasped, looking up at the panting Loki that was still above you. “Oh my god.” You repeated slower. You glanced down at where you were both still connected before gasping again “ohhhmygodd. This wasn’t supposed to happen.”
“I’m sorry.” Loki offered meekly.
“No, no don’t say sorry.” You insisted, putting your hands on his cheeks. “That makes this weird.”
“Weirder than it’s already is?” He chuckled causing you to chuckle too before you leaned upwards, kissing him. Loki kissed you back, smiling against your lips. The kiss quickly grew more heated as your tongues moved over one another’s.
“Again?” You spoke, pulling away from the kiss as you felt Loki hardening inside of you. Instead of answering, Loki kissed you again before you both repeated your earlier actions.
“Okay, so that happened.” You said, pulling the duvet over your chest as you settled against the bed, Loki laying next to you.
“It appears it happened a couple of times.” He replied.
“What are we gonna tell the others? It’s too late for us to get ready and go to the party now.” You sighed.
“We’ll just say we decided to go somewhere else.” He suggested.
“Where?”
“The cinema or the library or—”
“But they know me Loki, they know I’d never miss a party.” You huffed.
“They don’t even know I’m here, we’ll just say that I didn’t turn up.”
“And have them all berate you for it, no. I’ll say I cancelled and so you didn’t turn up.”
“Great.” Loki agreed before hearing the sound of the front door opening “not great.”
“Quick, put your clothes on!” You whisper shouted, throwing Loki his trousers as he searched for his top.
“Y/n? You here?” Thor called.
Your eyes widened as you heard his voice, Loki pausing his movements too as he looked down at you still on the bed.
“Why’s he hereee?” Loki questioned.
“Nat probably gave him the key.” You whispered “hideee!” You said, standing up and wrapping the duvet around yourself before pushing Loki to the floor and under your bed.
“Y/n, are you alright? Natasha told me to check on you as you weren’t answering your phone.” Thor explained from the other side of the door.
“Yeah.” You assured, voice slightly hoarse.
“Are you sure you’re alright?” He asked again, turning the doorknob. Quickly making your way to the door. You stood in the small gap Thor had created by opening the door in the hopes that he couldn’t see inside. “Have you got someone in here y/n?” He teased, looking at you wrapped in the duvet.
“Just got out the shower.” You lied.
“And thought you’d dry off under your covers?” He laughed “I wasn’t born yesterday y/n. It’s fine if you do have someone over just let Nat know so she doesn’t worry.”
“Okay.” You dismissed, closing the door again, confused when it wouldn’t close. Looking down, you saw Thors foot blocking you from closing it. “Th—” you began before he pushed the door open.
“Who’s here? Show yourself!” Thor commanded.
“Thor!!!” You gasped, attempting to push him out of the room.
“I want to meet the brave son of a bitch who thinks he can—” Thor began before he looked down and paused. You followed his gaze, swallowing thickly when you saw a few pieces of black hair coming from under the bed. Thor looked back up at you and you tried to seem nonchalant. “Loki?” He murmured.
“No” you snorted as Thor pulled out his phone, unbeknownst to you as you looked everywhere but at him “why would Loki—” you rambled until you heard a phone ringing.
“Hello brother.” Loki said from underneath the bed as he declined the call before you kicked him. “Ouch.”
“Shut up you.” You scolded.
“So you two.” Thor spoke awkwardly before doing a hand gesture. You quickly pulled his hands apart.
“Don’t say it like that.” You tutted.
“Finally.” He smiled.
“Finally?” You repeated, knitting your brows.
“Lokis been trying to seduce you for weeks, haven’t you Loki.” Thor laughed. There were a few moments of silence before Loki answered a quiet “yes” from under the bed.
“Really?” You asked, falling to your knees as you looked underneath the bed at a half dressed Loki who seemed too embarrassed to come out. Instead of verbally answering, he nodded his head. “Aww, I’ve been trying to seduce you too.” You admitted.
“Me?” He smiled before you nodded. “Aww.”
“Can you two get a room.” Thor fake gagged.
“We did have a room, my room before you barged in.” You said, turning to face him.
“Well I guess you won’t be joining us for the party.” Thor grinned.
“Out. Out!” You ordered, gesturing to the door before he left, closing the door behind him signalling to Loki that it was safe to come out.
“Have you really liked me for all this time?” Loki asked, sitting on your bed still shirtless.
“Yes you silly man.” You laughed before you kissed him.
Instead of going to the party, you and Loki decided to stay in your bed, watching films before he ordered food for you both.
“So what are we?” Loki asked as you both laid side by side in the bed looking at one another.
“Friends with benefits?” You suggested with a giggle.
“How about something more?” He asked seriously.
“More?”
“Would you umm— and feel free to say no— would you like to be my girlfriend?”
“I’d love to.” You smiled.

Your legs shook with every step, silently praying in your own mind that it wasn't noticeable you pushed forward. Your co-workers just watched you be put through the wringer and barely manage to defend yourself for a mistake that hadn't even been yours.
The man responsible for the error was currently being chewed out by none other than 'holier than thou" Steven Rogers. You're absolutely sure the shock soaring through your body was evident as you press your back as far against the wall as you can, silently wishing you could phase through the drywall.
"If I ever catch you, or one of your staff shifting blame to one of Starks analysts again, I'll have Shield wipe your identity off the face of this planet and station you in Siberia. You hear me, son?"
Captain America wasn't screaming but he was definitely loud enough that all of your co-workers could hear, their eyes away from the avenger and to stare at you.
It was too much you couldn't handle it, speed walking to the bathroom you'd locked the door behind you. Pacing back and forth trying to calm yourself down. You're fine, fine, perfectly fine, you did nothing wrong- get over it. Taking another deep breath you stop before the mirror, tears spilling from your eyes- you force yourself to make eye contact with your reflection. Get it together. You tell yourself out loud, glaring at your double.
Moving you rip off some shreds of paper towel, bundling it up and running it under the cold sink water. Squeeze, and press. You bring the damp cloth up to your under eyes, looking up and patting the swelling down as best you can. Another set of breaths later, getting yourself somewhat together you unlock and swing the door open-
-you're met with Captain Rogers’s concerned face, a hand raised in the air ready to knock. Your breath is caught in your throat, you can see as the man's sharp jaw clenches.
"I'd like to apologize for the commotion I've caused earlier today."
"It wasn't your fault"
"It wasn't your either' he retorts. 'I just wanted to make sure you knew that."
"I know, Sir." His brows furrow at the comment.
"Please it's Steve, I'd like to walk you to your vehicle later tonight if that’s okay with you?"
"Are you sure?" An avenger walking you to your car, isn't that a little... beneath him?
"Yes please, it's the least I could do after making a martyr out of you."
"Okay, yes Si- Steve."
At the day's end, Steve leaned you his arm, escorting you to the garage, the two of you shared a few chuckles as he described stories of life with the avengers.
"So, this is me. Thank you so much, Captain Rogers, I can't emphasize how much you didn't have to do this."
"It was my pleasure."
He had still yet to let go of you his eyes running over your worn down and rusted hatchback. It was safe... Just old... And maybe a little shakey on left turns.
"Captain."
"Sorry, peach. Can I pry, do you really drive this home every night?"
"Well not really, I normally take the subway but if I come need to come in a bit earlier I take the car."
"You come in early and still stay this late, it's dark out?" He addresses poignantly.
"Yeah, it's not ideal but my apartment complex has a good security network."
You try to offer him a smile, to assure him of your safety, when he manages to look back at you, those blue eyes swim with concern.
"The tower is safe, I know damn well Tony has an extra room you could stay in. Would you consider it?"
"Mr. Rogers I-"
"Steve."
"Steve, sorry. Mr. Stark is my boss, I'm not sure that's the best idea."
"Please he owes me more than enough favors, I know Nat and you have lunches together sometimes if you're not comfortable alone I'm sure she'd let you stay with her, besides Wanda's been whining about meeting you for weeks."
It's probably not the best idea, a whole manner of things could go wrong, but that look on Steve's face... Saying no to him would feel like kicking a puppy dog.
"If...you're sure. Then yes, I've skipped out on plans with Natasha a bit more than I'd like to recently, so maybe this will be good for us."
His smile brightens the deeply lit walls of the sub-garage, he extends his elbow out to you to yet again grasp onto. Once your fingertips are safely secured in the crook of his arm the both of you begin to walk back to the steel elevator doors.
"So. Does Hawkeye really live in the vents?"
Steve laughs through his nose turning his head away trying to conceal his reaction, "No, well- he doesn't live on the vents. He just spends a lot of time there."
"Персик Jarvis told us Steve was bringing you up what's wrong?".
"Jarvis?"
"Tony's personal a.i- I'll aquatint you to it later. What happened?"
You look back to Steve who was no longer there, quickly having left the scene to find Stark. Nat's hands rubbed up and down your shoulder comfortingly as you brought your attention back to her.
"Captain Rogers had concerns about me making it home safely, he asked me to stay in the Tower for the night"
Her brows drew together in thought as she processed the information "Well alright then. Let's get you situated, would you rather stay with me or one of the guest rooms?"
"If I can stay with you, I'd like that," you tell her as she escorts you through the foyer, in the brighter light of the common room floor you stood stunned (other than the incessant picking and fidgeting at your own fingers.) The room was compromised of superheroes living normally and comfortably with each other.
Tony and Steve stood off to the side discussing the parameters of your stay, A long blonde-haired god had also been sitting in the kitchen, partially listening in on the conversation and partially paying attention to the Scarlett Witch.
The woman in question seemed to have a third sense as Nat lead you into the room, hopping up from her barstool seat rushing over to the two of you.
"It's so nice to meet you! We've all heard so much of you."
"Really?" You question looking back at your friend.
"Partially from Tony, Pepper, and I- partially Clint spying on us."
"He was spying on us? He likes good coffee and sits at the back of the restaurant we go to for lunch."
"Were you ever going to tell me?"
"It was more of a precautionary detail, I didn’t want to alarm you without cause."
"Well, it's nice to meet you, Scarlett." You say to the brunette woman with a nod. She looks at you for a second before small giggles escape her mouth. "Please that's just the name I'm given in the press. My real name is 'Wanda."
"My apologies!"
"No worries, you ver very respectful about it."
The three of you fell into an easy groove, as well as a silly debate sparked by Wanda, claiming she'd steal you from your closest friend.
Your eyes kept drifting to the back of the room, Tony's agreeable nodding to Steve's hand movements. Panning across the room, your eyes connected with the giant of a man, god? Who had been looking in your direction, your eyes met and widened you quickly averted your gaze back to the floor by Natasha's feet. Taking a second to reel from the contact.
"So precious peach has finally decided the grace the upper floors with her presence." Your boss’s voice rang in your ears as he addressed you.
"Sorry for the drop in Mr. Stark, Captain Rogers insisted."
"Well no harm done, Pepper's been trying to get you up here for years. Guess all it took was a 6ft something action figure." He cocked his brow motioning to Steve, drink still in hand as he does so.
Startled at the accusation you jump to defend yourself-
"No! T-that’s not- I didn't." The words stumbled out of your mouth and Natasha puts a hand on your shoulder.
"Персик he's teasing. C'mon, I have some clothes of yours you sent over for Wanda when she first moved in."
The two girls lead you away from the male-dominated space, you peer back to Rogers and he offers you a tight-lipped smile as your ushered away.
"Thank you by ze way, Pierto I'm sure will thank you for the men's clothing if you run into him."
"It was no bother- I owned more than enough and when Natty mentioned you two were moving in without anything I figured you could use some stuff before Tony and Pepper get you settled."
"Natty?"
"Don't you dare."
"Oh, no, no, you are never living this down, Natalia!"
The girls did a great job helping you feel safe in the tower, to the point all three of you essentially dog piled in Natasha’s bed for the night, she's probably the closest friend you've made since working for Stark, treating you more like a sister than anything.
Hours later your eyes seem to flutter open on their own, it's still dark outside as the sleep shakes from you.
As carefully as you possibly can you untangle yourself from your place on Nat's chest, stealing a pair of her slippers you migrate to the common room. It seems no one's there this time of night, the self-sustaining tower is still lit up much like all the other buildings littering the night’s sky.
Quietly you settle yourself down on one of the luxurious couches, pressing deep into the cushions. You lay your head back, neck-craning. You can't be sure just how long you say this way but a deep jovial voice rouses you from the position.
"Was it not a plentiful night for you either?"
Your head snaps the Norse god standing in the doorway,
"I don't know if plentiful, is the way to describe it...but I couldn't sleep very well, no."
He offers you this look, it's almost reminiscent of a puppy dog smile. It's almost strange to see him so... Relaxed? He's this huge avenger- a god, but here he stands before you in gray sweatpants and a... Captain America hoodie?
The laugh bubbles up in your throat, maybe it's your sleep-deprived mind getting to you, Thor watches all this happen as he hesitantly makes his way to the couch as well.
"I'm- so sorry!" The loud whisper burns from your throat, "I just didn't expect to see the shield on you."
He looks again questioningly, now down at his own attire, like he hadn't even noticed when he dressed. His smile grows wider in acknowledgment.
"Ha! Yes, Rogers and I once had a bit of a mix-up! We never really switched back, he still has mine as far as I know."
"Well, you two are the longest-haired blondes I'm sure the fans mistake you both for each other a lot."
He let out another rumbling laugh, moving closer for you to lean against his broad shoulder.
"I think, that is an improbable scenario."
"Why?"
"Well, we all have those that... Prefer some of us over the others. Roger's can be quite a bit aggressive."
"I can't imagine him not discouraging that."
"No, he does, he's quite good about it, but that doesn't stop them nonetheless."
A yawn manages to escape you, feeling weightless as Thor lets you snuggle into him.
"Well, what about you?"
"Hmm, what about me?"
"Are you fans as aggressive?"
"No, not at all. I fear... I fear I'm not always enough for them, it's been said by quite a few I should have done better to keep Loki off of Midgard."
"Oh Thor that's not your fault, you can't control anyone's actions but your own."
"I'm sure this is true, but at times it is difficult to believe. There are those who argue I should have known better and realized my brother was not entirely himself, and the others who say I should have stopped him from ever escaping."
"Well, both of those are stupid if you ask me. You've done great things on your own, and you shouldn't let others tell you differently."
"Thank you, it seems foolish but it's nice to be heard out at times."
"It's not foolish, everyone likes to be validated." It's the last thing you manage to say to the god, his arm pillowing you as you fall deeper into sleep, eyes fluttering shut. The blonde’s breathing is the last thing you hear.
summary: Thunderstorms make Thor...moody. Meg thee Stallion style. While Thor is indeed the god of thunder, thunder (in return) wields a sort of power of him. Particularly his temperament--his emotions are intensified. Be it joy, sadness, anger, or lust (your favorite), his sensitivity to that emotion is multiplied by nearby storms. All the electricity in the air...and it's the summer. Shit.

You absentmindedly swipe through the apps on your home screen, trying to kill time as you wait for the elevator. Your background distracts you for a moment; a photo of Thor Odinson, previously King of Asgard and Ruler of the Nine Realms and currently your boyfriend, asleep on your couch. He's so cute, you think to yourself. A sudden ding yanks your head up. The doors open, revealing an empty car. You and someone in a worn college hoodie enter. You recognize them as your neighbor, living one level below. You exchange nonverbal hellos before resuming your separate reveries.
You unlock your screen once more, reflexively. No notifications in the last 90 seconds? Baffling. Bored, you decide to check the weather.
Cloudy, cloudy, cloudy--Jesus, what a bummer week, you think to yourself until your eyes land on Friday night. 100% chance of thunderstorms.
"Oh fuck yeah!" you say out loud. You panic as you remember your neighbor standing beside you. Thank God, headphones. Like clockwork the elevator doors open. They shoot you a tired smile before exiting.
The moment the doors close, you break into a pelvic thrust heavy celebratory dance.

If I play my cards right, this one night could lead to a three day dick down. You smirk to yourself as wicked ideas fly through your head. Oh, he's going to hate you this week.
It'll be worth it.
Teasing is one of your favorite pastimes. Thor "hates" it. You add quotes because while he gets visibly vexed once he catches on to what you're doing, he also gets tangibly turned on and encourages you to go further.
The word encourages is being polite. Begs is the exact term. An image of Thor panting flashes before your eyes.
You’re sitting poised at the end of the bed, dragging your fingers in lazy circles on the inside of his thigh. Your eyes zoom in on your favorite silk head scarf, tied in a neat bow around Thor’s wrists at the top of your metal bed frame. Of course he could free himself at any moment, but that was your favorite scarf. If he ripped it, you certainly wouldn’t be in the mood to continue, and he certainly wouldn’t survive being left hanging. Not in this position, I mean he’s completely naked.
Your eyes darted to his heaving chest. His breath was uneven. A thin sheen of sweat blanketed his muscular frame. You glanced at his face and saw more beads forming at his forehead.
“You dare treat a god this way?” He rasped.
“You don’t like how I’m touching you?” You replied with thinly veiled faux concern, withdrawing your fingers. He nearly snarled with frustration.
“You’ve had me bound to your bed for two hours and barely touched me. This is torture,” he spat out. You immediately wrapped your hand around his throbbing third leg, massaging it. The relieved moans that burst through him shocked the both of you, but you kept up your rhythm. His body collapsed into your touch; his head lolled to the side.
“I don’t want to torture you, baby. I just want to make you feel good,” you assured him. He moaned louder, and his hips began to roll with your movements. Out of the window you noticed clouds begin to loom and you grinned.
Tssst.
A tiny tearing sound wiped the smile from your face and halted your hand. Thor’s head shot up and his eyes met yours. You saw genuine fear in his eyes and knew in that moment that you truly were the baddest bitch in the nine realms.
“I’m sorry I’m sorry I’m sorry it was only a tear it was only a tear I won’t do it again,” he said in one breath. He was nearly hyperventilating. You tore your hand off of him and he wailed.
“First you accuse me of torture then you rip my favorite scarf? What am I supposed to wear next time I don't feel like doing my hair? Clearly you're not appreciating my efforts tonight-”
“Please, please don’t stop,” he cut you off. “I beg you please, let me apologize, let me show you how much I appreciate you, please.”
The high that washed over you was almost overwhelming. Your skin was practically buzzing. You were suddenly drunk with power, and power made you greedy.
“I'm sorry, I must have misheard you. For a second, I thought I heard the god of thunder begging. What did you just say?”
He gritted his teeth for a moment, then exhaled.
“I beg you, y/n,” he whispered, eyes pleading. “Release me, and I will make it up to you right away. A thousand times over.”
Your eyes widen with excitement as you stand up to untie him. “A thousand times over? You forget I’m a mere mortal.”
The moment the fabric falls to the floor his arms snake around your waist. Thor tucks you underneath him as he spreads your legs.
“Prepare for divine intervention, my love.”
You snap out of the fond memory almost as quickly as you fell into it. You squirm in discomfort, feeling the effects of your daydreaming soak into your underwear. Thank God you made it back to your apartment before becoming a horny mess.
Thor’s apology touched you so deeply you had to call out of work the next day. And that was without a storm.
With an evil smile, you begin to plan your attack.

”You should have gone for the head."
Even after you had returned to the compound with the rest of the Avengers, the words echoed through your mind. It was a taunt, directed at the man who had quickly become your last hope at defeating Thanos, and you knew that it would burn him deeper than any wound he received from the battle.
You had fought valiantly during the battle of Wakanda. As an ex-agent of SHIELD, you had all of the combat experience required to fight Thanos' army, and you had done a fairly decent job, given the circumstances. You fought alongside Agent Barnes for a while, slaying enemies with your sword while he shot them with his assault riffle, before you had moved to support Natasha, Wanda and Okoye. The four of you managed to defeat Thanos' children, but weren't strong enough to fight The Mad Titan himself.
You clenched your fist, staring as the deep layer of blood, dirt and dust covering your skin cracked and broke like an dehydrated soil. The team had been so close. As Wanda attempted destroy Vision-no, you corrected yourself, attempted to destroy the mind stone- you had followed on Natasha's heels as she attacked Thanos. You had given it your all, swinging both of your Vibranium swords in an arc at the Titan, but he flicked you aside like you were an insect. You had watched in horror as he swung his fists at Steve, your best friend, knocking him to the ground instantly. You had heard the crack as his neck snapped, and were almost relived when Thanos used the mind stone, bringing him back to life.
You shook your head in an attempt to clear the memory. Blinking away tears, you took in your current surroundings. Your room in the compound was dirty, uninhabited since you had decided to side with Steve during the Sokovia Accords. You had felt guilty at the time, but not as guilty as you did now. You had betrayed Tony. Tony who was also most likely dead. You walked to the shower at the end of the hall, trying not to think about all of the people who had died. Wanda, Vision, Sam, Bucky, T’Challa. The list when on and on, and you knew it wouldn’t do you any good to think about it. Instead, you forced yourself to think about what you had gained. Disgusting that you had even entertained the thought that there was something to be gained from the awful day, but there was. Thor was back on earth.
He had arrived during the bleakest moment of the battle. It had seemed that all was lost when the rainbow emerged from the sky. You would have recognized the bifrost anywhere.
You worked the shampoo through your hair, thinking about the Asgardian that you had once called your own. Although you and Thor had had a rocky start to your relationship, you had become close. However, he hadn’t wanted to become physical. He was afraid of hurting you, that he would start something and then need to leave without saying goodbye. Eventually, you had become intimate, and it was fantastic.
You showered, massaging the wounds and taking note of the damage. There was a large cut on your bicep where one of the creatures had bitten you. A burn mark on your stomach where Proxima Midnight’s wand had touched. Bruising across most of your body from various hits. However, you were unscathed compared to the rest of the team. The blood poured off of your body and onto the floor of the shower. A spiral of red circled the drain before disappearing into the plumbing.
As you towelled yourself off, you noticed hints of red on the white fabric. You couldn’t tell if one of your own wounds was leaking or if it was blood you had missed, but you left it. You didn’t have the energy to take another shower. You quickly changed into a pair of training pants and an oversized Stark industries sweatshirt that you had left in the compound. Walking down the hallway, you wondered briefly if the outcome would have changed if the Avengers hadn’t broken up years earlier. If they had been a united front, would they have been able to defeat Thanos? No, you responded, there wasn’t anything you could have done. He had been too strong. Even Bruce’s description prior to the battle made him sound like an impossible enemy to bear. You had had hope before, but now, your spirit was broken.
You heard the footsteps behind you a moment before you the shadow caught pace with you. You swung, instinctively, throwing yourself into a defensive stance, your muscles aching at the sudden movement. It was just Thor, staring a few feet behind you. He looked exhausted, shoulders slumped and his head towards the ground. You could tell by looking at his face that he was blaming himself for the defeat, and you honestly couldn’t blame him. Not because he had failed to kill Thanos, nobody could blame him for that, but because he had disappeared off of earth years earlier without a trace.
“I haven’t seen you in a while.” You spoke, bitterly.
He stared at you, unblinking. You shifted uncomfortably under the weight of his gaze. You wanted to scream at him. Shout. You wanted to hit him and tell him how much pain he’s caused you over the past few years.
"Where were you?" You questioned, taking a step towards the god.
A part of you, the rational part, knew that you were only partially angry with him for abandoning the team. The rest of you knew that you just wanted him to yell back. In reality, you wanted to feel his anger. Feel something other than the immense grief that threatened to overwhelm you.
“For fucks sake, Thor. Say something.” Still, he refused to speak. You stepped even closer, your faces inches apart. "We needed you! And you vanished!" Thor looked up, acknowledging your presence for the first time.
"It wouldn't have mattered much, (y/n). Quite a few people needed me and I let them all down."
Hands clenched in fists, you swung at him, stopping inches away from his face. You wanted to scream, to tell him how much of an idiot he had been, leaving you.
There was nothing banning relationships between the Avengers, Bruce and Natasha had been flirting with one another for months, but it wasn’t something that you particularly wanted to make public. You didn’t want to hear Tony’s mockery or see Steve’s disapproving stares. So the two of you had decided to keep in on the down-low. But the two of you had been good together. Not just the sex, you wouldn’t have doubted that a god knew how to fuck, but everything. You knew how to fight alongside one another, how to cuddle, when to kiss and when to leave each other alone. And he had thrown it all away.
“And you let me down first, didn’t you?” You didn’t have a chance to scream before he shoved you against the wall, one hand pressed against your chest, the other touching your throat.
“Don’t push me.” He growled, and then leaned his head on your shoulder, “Please. Not today.”
You examined his face. In the dark, you could barely make out his eyes, but you could tell by the rest of his appearance that the years hadn’t been kind. He had a long, jagged scar on one side of his face, and his long hair, proof of victory in Asgardian culture, had been chopped off. With one finger you traced the scar, his eyes fluttering shut.
“(Y/N), I can’t. I’ve failed everyone around me. Don’t let me fail you as well.”
With your other hand, you traced his abdominal muscles through the sweatshirt. Light touches, ones you knew would drive him wild. “I need you.” You mumbled into his ear, before pressing a kiss to his jawline. Instantly his lips crashed into yours. He kissed gently at first, but then became more aggressive, biting on your lip and sucking it as you kissed. You moaned, he was walking a tightrope of pleasure and pain. The bites made your lips more sensitive to the kisses, and the kisses made you crave the bites. You pushed back with just as much force. You knew what you needed, something rough, something to prove you were still alive. If that’s what you wanted though, you were going to give him the same treatment.
“Thor,” You murmured, pulling away. He stopped instantly, and his eyes met yours. “I need this rough. Please.”
He blinked for a moment before speaking, “Do you remember the safe word?”
A ghost of a smile appeared over your lips. It had been years, but your safety was still his first priority.
“Starbucks.”
He grabbed your throat once more, not putting enough pressure to cut off your hair, but enough for you to feel his presence.
"You want to fuck the God of Thunder (Y/N)?" He whispered, lips hovering over your ear, "Prepare to be shocked."
Usually, the cheesy line would have been funny, but you were fuelled by the desperation.
Instead of laughing, you grabbed his jaw, feeling the prickle of the stubble underneath, and brought his lips to yours. Thor picked you up, and you instinctively wrapped a leg around his waist, yelping when he lifted you and smacked your body against the wall. Your head cracked against the drywall, but you barely felt it over the pain of your other injuries.
"Thor." You moaned between kisses, grabbing his bicep.
He didn't reply, instead grabbing a fist of your hair and pulling it sideways, exposing your neck. He pulled away, breaking the kiss. You moaned in irritation, but the moan quickly turned to one of desire as he began to kiss and bite his way down your neck. He sucked, and you stopped yourself from warning him not to leave a mark. Your body was already covered in bruises, what would be the harm of one more?
His hands slid down your waist, and you bucked your hips, silently pleading for more contact. He looked at you and raised an eyebrow, and you quickly nodded. He moved from the wall and carried you back to your room, lying you down on the bed and crawling overtop of your frame. You weren't small by any means, you were a skilled fighter and assassin, but looking at him overtop of you made you realize how insignificant you were compared to the God. Especially like this, when you had commanded him to take control. You whimpered, and reached up and kissed him again, one hand curled around the back of his neck, the other holding your weight. Slowly, his hand slid up your own arms, your skin making goosebumps where his fingers traced.
"We've suffered a great loss today, (y/n)." He whispered, and you squeezed your eyes shut. You were doing this to forget your pain, so why was he reminding you of it?
"Shut up."
"I don't want you to make this decision out of grief." He replied, and leaned back. For the first time, you noticed that his eyes were two distinctly different colours. Strange, seeing that you'd known the man for over five years, that you hadn't noticed before.
"Shut up." You whispered again, placing your hand on his upper thigh. You rubber slowly, not close enough to give any real pleasure, but enough to make him crave more. Thor sighed, tilting his head back in pleasure.
"You don't want to tease me, girl."
You kept rubbing, purposefully ignoring the area between his legs. He gave you another look, and you nodded.
Thor was a gentleman, and he wouldn’t do anything without your consent. That being said, you wanted him to fuck you raw. Thor rubbed two fingers over your underwear, and you moaned loudly.
“Look at me.” He snapped, and you forced yourself to meet his gaze.
He was staring, intently at your face as your squirmed beneath him, and you blushed.
“Please.” You whispered, but you weren’t sure what you were asking for. You didn’t know if it was for more friction, him inside of you, or simply for him to make you feel whole again.
“As you wish.” He slid two long fingers inside of you, and you buried your face in the crook of your neck. It burned slightly, his hands were large and while you were aroused, you weren’t prepared for the sudden insertion.
“Are you alright?” He whispered, and you nodded. He slowly began pumping his fingers inside of you, and you moaned again.
“Harder. Please, I need you to take control.” He didn’t reply, and for a moment you wondered if he had understood. Then, he began pushing with more force, and you cried out softly. As his fingers slid inside you, he rubbed your clit with his thumb. He circled it slowly, barely skimming the surface. Then, when you shifted your hips to give him easier access, he lifted his thumb entirely. You realized the he was trying to tease you. Despite that, you felt the familiar pressure building in your abdomen. It felt like a spring, coiling tighter, about to break. Your muscles began to tighten, and you tightened around his fingers.
Just as it was about to reach it’s breaking point, just as you were about to explode in pleasure, Thor removed his fingers. Your pussy clenched at nothing and you bucked in the air, frustrated and angry at the lack of friction.
“Did I tell you you could cum, (Y/N)?” Thor asked, raising an eyebrow. All trace of the days pain was erased from his face. He was enjoying this. “I thought you said I was in charge. Does that not mean I get to decide when you feel pleasure?” He pinched your nipple and you gasped, “When you feel pain?” His hand slid across your stomach, a trail of gooseflesh following it. He pulled away from you, and crawled backwards of the bed. His sat head between your thighs and you stilled in anticipation, watching as he hovered over your core. “I asked you a question.”
You nodded.
“Who chooses when you orgasm, (Y/N)?” As he spoke, Thor slid one finger over your clit, and slowly began to trace fingers around it. He pinched it, and started rubbing it. You moaned in response, and he pulled away again. “Don’t make me ask again.”
You looked up at him, smirking. “Or else what?”
“Or else I’ll tie you up here.” He growled, and you felt another pang of arousal shoot through you, “Touch you for hours, fucking you over and over again without letting you cum, and I’ll leave you here dripping. Unable to touch yourself.”
Your eyes fluttered shut as the image overtook you. Fuck, it was hot, and it didn’t help that as he spoke he kept breathing onto your already sensitive bud.
“So who chooses when you orgasm, (Y/N)?” He slid a finger over your clit, barely making contact before he pulled away.
“You, Thor!” You nearly shouted, “It’s you. You’re in charge. Please, fuck.”
He smirked before leaning forward and licking you, causing you to shift your hips.
He placed one hand over your abdomen to keep you still, and continued to eat you out. You squirmed, but once he pushed down with more pressure you stilled, trying to remain still for him.
Before he had left, you’d played this game many times before. After a particularly difficult battle, you needed to lose control, and sometimes he needed to feel like he had regained it back. Dabbling in light BDSM had worked perfectly for the both of you.
You moaned as your would-be second orgasm began to approach. Thor was working you with your mouth and your fingers, and it was bringing you to the edge faster than you would have liked.
“Mmph” You moaned, “Thor, I’m close.”
He pulled away for a moment as he breathed, “Did I give you permission?”
You felt yourself clench at the words and you shifted uncomfortably. Your orgasm was coiling, and your toes curled as you tried to hold it back. You knew what he was about to say, and it wasn’t the answer you wanted.
“Please, Thor? May I cum?” You gasped as he returned to eating you out, his tongue flicking rapidly.
He didn’t answer at first, but continued to work on your clit. You knew however, that no answer meant no. You tried to cross your legs, but his face was in the way. You shifted, and then focused on steadying your breathing to prevent yourself from falling over the edge. About ten seconds later, Thor pulled away and you gasped, unsure if it was because of the lack of stimulation or because you no longer had to hold your orgasm back. He was kissing you again, and you tasted yourself on his tongue.
He kissed you slowly, with more passion then before as he cupped your face.
“Are you alright?” You nodded, reaching for him and tracing the scars covering his body.
“May I enter you?” You nodded again, but he shook his head. “Darling, I need to hear you say it.” You had missed this. Missed him, and how he always knew exactly what he needed. More than that, you missed how he constantly checked in with you, asking if you were okay and asking for permission before he did anything.
“Yes, please, Thor. More than anything I want you.” You corrected yourself, “I mean, I want to feel you.”
He smiled before sliding into you. He stretched you further than his fingers had, and you squirmed. It wasn’t uncomfortable, he had prepped you, but it was a feeling you had missed. You hadn’t felt it since, well since he had left. He stilled for a moment, letting you grow accustomed to your length.
“No more games, okay?” He whispered in your ear and you nodded. You began to shift your hips, signalling that he could move.
Slowly, he thrusted into you. You moved your hips in time with his. The two of you picked up a rhythm and you met him, thrust for thrust. He kissed you as you fucked, tenderly, and for a moment you pretended that this wasn't just about the sex. You pretended that he was doing this because he had missed you, because he loved you.
Thor had edged you three times already, and your climax was building rapidly. He wasn't trying to dominate you anymore, and as you moaned he began to whisper in your ear,
"Beautiful. You're so beautiful, (Y/N)."
As your orgasm built, you felt your heard skip at the words. Nobody else had made you feel so safe.
“Please, Thor.”
“Come for me, (Y/N).” You called his name again as your orgasm overtook you, waves of pleasure spreading from your core. You gasped, and stilled underneath the god. It was intense, and your entire body felt like it was being shocked.
Thor's orgasm quickly followed, and he moaned loudly as he buried himself inside you. He bit your neck as he finished, muffing a moan. Stroking his hair, you whispered praises in the God of Thunder's ear.
He rolled off of you, and you noted that he didn't have the same post-orgasm glow he once had. Free from distractions, you used the closeness to your advantage, staring at the God. You noted the heavy bags under his eyes, the short hair, and the scar more clearly.
You touched his harm, stroking it slowly. You wanted to say something, anything. That the events of today weren't his fault. That you didn't blame him. That you missed him, and needed him now more than ever. However, he spoke first.
"I let you down, (Y/N)."
"What?"
"I left you. I left the Avengers. I left Earth to rule on Asgard, and I couldn't rule there either."
"Thor, no."
"Asgard is gone."
You gasped and sat up, staring in shock.
"Loki is dead."
"I thought Loki was already dead."
Thor waved his hand in the air.
"He wasn't, he'd tricked me. He's dead now. Thanos snapped his neck in front of me."
The snap of Steve's neck echoed in your mind. You had been lucky. He had been lucky.
"Heimdall as well, killed by Thanos. And the Warriors Three were killed by Hela."
You didn't know who Hela was, but you knew the others were some of Thor's closest and oldest friends. You felt a pang of guilt shoot through you, and you chewed on your lip.
"I can't disappoint you again."
"You won't, you haven't." You stuttered, eyes wide.
"I'm afraid I already have. Goodbye, (Y/N)." Thor climbed off the bed, pulling his pants up as he walked.

part 9
“I agree with (Y/N),” Thor says.
Loki scowls. “Of course you’d agree with her. You’re in love with her.”
“Hey, hey, hey,” I protest. “There’s been no talk of the ‘L’ word thus far in our relationship, don’t go putting words in his mouth!”
Thor glances up at me briefly but quickly focuses on his brother again. “I agree with her because she’s right. We stand a better chance of defeating him if we have support from the Avengers.”
“Thank you!” I cry. “At least someone in your family can see some kind of sense.”
“And you think it’s him?!” Loki hisses.
“I’m more inclined to think it’s him than you.” He scowls and I shake my head. “I mean, seriously. You, Thor, and I are no match for an intergalactic warlord!”
“She’s right, Loki,” Thor says. “You know this.”
“Fine,” Loki snaps. “Have it your way. Drag every single one of your little friends into this. Earth is doomed, regardless.”
“You don’t know that,” I say.
“I know what Thanos is capable of,” Loki says, his tone low and filled with dread. “I’ve been bent to his will and the instrument through which he exacted his first attack on your planet.”
"I'm not saying that working with the Avengers secures us the win. It just means that we'd have a fighting chance." Loki keeps his face carefully blank and I squint at him. “Unless you think that won’t be enough.”
“I know it won’t be enough,” he grinds out. “And I know this because there are three Infinity Stones on this planet, and Thanos won’t stop until he has all three of them.”
“Three?” Thor’s brow furrows. “I am only aware of two.”
“That’s because the last time you were on Earth there were only two.” He holds out his hand and a glowing blue cube materializes in his palm. “I possess the third.”
“And you couldn’t say something earlier?!” I hiss. “You’ve been talking us in circles when you had the answer up your sleeve the entire time.”
“You should’ve told us, brother,” Thor growls. “This isn’t the time for keeping secrets.”
“How am I to know?” Loki demands. “Your human has so much magic hidden inside of them, how can I assume that she has only the best intentions in mind?”
“I don’t know what you’re talking about,” I say.
“Don’t you?” Loki hisses. “You speak of performing spells that someone like you should have absolutely no access to as if you’re simply going for a stroll.”
“Wh-”
“Do you realize how much power is necessary to track something across the galaxy?” His eyes narrow and I try to shrink away from him. “There is something old and powerful within you that you’ve been tapping into. I’m surprised even Thor hasn’t noticed yet.”
“What on Earth are you talking about?” I glance between Loki and Thor, confused. "Thor?"
Thor shakes his head. "True, she's powerful, but I don't know what you're talking about, brother."
Loki scowls. “Of course you don’t. I don’t know why I even bother asking.”
“If you know so much, why don’t you fix everything then, huh?” I demand. “Because all you’ve been this morning is contrary and argumentative.”
“Clearly I’m not capable of solving this problem on my own, or even with my brother added to the equation.”
“Then what’s your grand plan?”
“Your power, in your untrained state, is volatile. But,” he says. “I could teach you.”
“You mean use me and my magic as you see fit,” I correct.
“No, I simply mean that I could better help you to hone your skills than Heimdall can from where he is,” Loki explains. “I am more than talented enough to bring out your full potential.”
“That doesn’t sound much better than what I just said you’d do.” I scowl. “Besides, we wouldn’t have to worry about taking down a galactic super tyrant as a band of three if we just call the fucking Avengers.”
“Oh please, you’ll need to know either way.”
“Maybe. But I’m sure as hell not learning from you, and I’m definitely not having this argument.”
I push myself up from the kitchen table and hurry up the stairs to shut myself in my office. I sit down in my chair, sigh, and put my head down on my desk.
“Childish,” I mumble.
A quiet thump against the door draws my attention away from wallowing in self pity. When the sound doesn’t come again, I get up to investigate.
Upon opening the door, I find Charles sitting outside, patiently waiting for me to let him in. I gesture for him to come inside and he meows before trotting through the door. He hops up onto my chair and then my desk, where he curls up on his blanket under the desk lamp. Only when he’s settled am I reminded that I hid in my office to distract myself with work.
I open my laptop and check my email.
Someone knocks softly and cracks open the door.
“I’m working,” I say.
“It’s been hours, (Y/N).” I glance up and Thor slips into the room. “I brought you something to eat.”
“Oh.” He holds out a plate with a sandwich and carrot sticks on it and I take it. “Thank you.”
“You’re welcome.”
Thor scoops up Charles from the desk and takes a seat on the couch. I pick up a carrot and roll it between my thumb and index finger before taking a bite.
“I’m sorry about earlier,” I say. ”I was out of line, storming off like that. I should’ve stuck around.”
“Maybe, but there are times when Loki ignores the comfort of others in favor of pushing on with his own plans. But being the loudest person in the room doesn’t make him right.”
I nod. “I just don’t want to set things back because of a stupid argument. There are more important things to deal with right now than my anxiety over learning to control my magic.”
“I’d say you’ve got a fine grasp on your magic, for now. We wouldn’t be anywhere near where we are, had you not worked so diligently with Heimdall to find Loki.”
“Recklessly, is more like it,” Heimdall says. “Though I cannot argue with his logic. You’ve made incredible progress in your skill in the time that I’ve been teaching you.”
“But should I take Loki up on his offer?” I ask, my voice small. “I saw what happened when he restored your memories. I’m not sure my body could handle that.”
“I’m sure it would be different, were he to teach you and not forcibly put the knowledge into your mind, but…” Thor shakes his head. “That’s not a choice that I can make for you.”
“I know.” I pick at the sandwich. “I still think we should contact your team. Even if Loki’s right, and they aren’t enough, they’re bound to know more people that can help.”
“Then we’ll call them.”
“Really?”
“Of course.”
“What about Loki?”
“Loki doesn’t know everything, and I am well aware that I’ll never be able to convince him otherwise. But we don’t need to halt our progress simply because he disagrees with your plan.”
“Thing is, it’d be really nice if it weren’t just my plan.”
“It’s not. I have your back on this.”
I nod. “How do we contact them, though? It’s not like I can just google their phone number.”
“There’s no need.”
“Huh?”
“I memorized Stark’s number years ago.”
“You… memorized Tony Stark’s personal phone number?”
“I did. With the way he flits from one thing to another, he is not an easy man to keep track of. Most of the team either memorized his number or stuck to him like glue.”
I laugh. “I see.”
He smiles. “You should eat. We’ll call after.”
With my meal finished, Thor and I situate ourselves on the floor in the middle of my office. Charles climbs all over our laps and I have to push his face away from my phone several times.
“You’re sure this is the right number?”
“I’m certain.”
“Okay.” I dial the number, put the phone on speaker, and hold it away from me. “What if he doesn’t answer?”
“He will, (Y/N). It’s not as if it’s easy to find this number.”
“Okay.” I bite my thumb, unsure of what to do with myself. "What am I supposed to say?"
"Explain the situation. We know Thanos is close and that Banner is Earth-side." He tries to reassure me with a smile. "You can do this. I promise."
The phone suddenly stops ringing and my eyes snap to Thors. He nods once and I focus in on the phone.
“How did you get this number.” It’s not a question.
“Tony Stark, right?” I ask.
“If you know enough to ask, then you know you’ve got the right number. Now, how’d you find it?”
“Thor gave it to me.”
“Bullshit.”
“Considering he’s sitting directly across from me right now, I’m gonna say it’s really not.”
"Still don't believe you."
"Well, I could always hand the phone off…" I catch Thor shaking his head. "I'm getting a firm no from the big guy, so I'm gonna say he wants me to do most of the talking."
"Convenient."
“Yeah, extremely. Listen, you can hang up on me, but at least hear me out. I wouldn’t even think about calling you or anyone on your team if it weren’t a life or death situation.”
He sighs. “Fine. If I don’t like what I hear, I’m hanging up.”
“I can’t promise you’ll like it.”
“Just talk.”
I take a deep breath and start talking.
“A few months ago, Thor crash landed in the forest just outside of town. No memory of what happened to get him there or anything like that. I helped him find Loki, who restored his memory, we found out that Asgard was destroyed and then the ship they were on was attacked by a galactic tyrant named Thanos, who’s on his way to Earth as we speak.” I pause a moment to take a breath. “But you knew that last bit already.”
“How would you know?”
“Because Dr. Banner’s back on Earth.”
“... Yes he is. Crashed into some wizard's place on Bleeker Street.”
I frown and glance up at Thor. “Wizard?”
Thor leans forward. “Stark, you said a wizard on Bleeker Street?”
“That you, Hammer Time?‘
“Yes, it’s me. You said a wizard on Bleeker Street. Do you mean Doctor Strange?”
“Have you two met?”
“Yes, actually. Last time I was in New York.”
“Really wish you’d given us a call, pal.”
“I’ll keep that in mind next time, but right now we have bigger things to worry about.”
“Right, another alien invasion. What do they want this time?”
“The infinity stones,” Thor answers. “I’ve no clue how many he’s managed to gather as of now, but there are three on Earth as we speak.”
“Three?”
“One is with Strange, one with Vision, and the third is here, with Loki.”
“Thanos is coming here because we’ve got half of what he needs,” I interject. “If we can figure out a way to protect the stones here or use them against him, we’ll be better off in the long run.”
“And where do you play into this?” Stark asks.
“I just want to help. I can’t fight, but I can use magic. I’ll do whatever I can do make sure we win.”
“You really dig deep into that ‘we’ thing. We haven’t even met yet.”
“I trust her,” Thor says. “She’s powerful, and more than that, she’s reliable.”
“And what about Loki?”
“He’ll see reason, in the end.” Thor nods resolutely. “I’ll see to it that he does.”
“Good. I’ll fill the team in and send a Quin out to pick you three up. Be ready to leave early tomorrow.” He pauses. “Where exactly are you?”
“You’re the one with the fancy computers,” I say. “I’m sure you’re more than capable of tracing the call.”
Stark laughs. “You’re right. I started looking before I even picked up.”
“Wouldn’t expect anything less.”
“What’s your name, mystery girl?”
“(Y/N).”
“Alright, (Y/N). I look forward to meeting you.”
“You too.”
The line goes dead and I drop the phone to the carpet before scrubbing my hands over my face.
“That went much better than I expected it would,” Thor admits.
“I never wanna do that ever again.” I laugh a little hysterically. “I thought my heart was going to beat out of my chest.”
“I promise, he’s a kind man. He is, however…”
“A little paranoid?” Thor nods. “I can’t say I blame him.”
“Are you sure that you want to go with us?”
“Of course. I can’t let you guys cowboy around on your own, especially knowing your team’s past with Loki.”
“I only worry that you may not be safe.”
“I know, but I’ll be able to protect myself, to some extent, and I’m going to work on my magic so that I’ll be stronger before we have to fight. But, until then,” I push myself to my feet. “I need to apologize to your brother.”
“Oh?”
“Well, I figure I should be in good standing with someone before I ask them to teach me something.”
“You’re going to accept his offer?”
“I am. I have conditions, but we don’t have the luxury to wait for Heimdall now.” I cast my eyes upwards. “Absolutely no offense to you, we’re just pressed for time.”
“None taken. (Y/N). As it stands, I’m afraid we’ve most likely exhausted our resources.”
“Duly noted.” I reach out to Thor and he takes my hand. “Things’ll be fine. I promise.”
“I know.” He kisses my knuckles. “But that doesn’t mean that I fully trust Loki.”
“Don’t have to trust him to benefit from his knowledge.”
At that, Thor laughs. "I suppose you're right."
"Would you think of dinner ideas while I talk to him?”
Thor nods and gently pushes me towards the door before getting to his feet. Charles follows us out into the hall and takes off down the stairs. Thor finds Daisy when we reach the ground floor and takes her outside to play. I find Loki in the living room, reading a book on the couch. Charles has situated himself in the recliner across the room and is glaring at Loki, tail swishing.
“You should make an effort to tame your beasts,” Loki says, calmly turning the page in his book.
“Oh really, you’re worried about a little house cat?”
“He doesn’t like me.”
“I don’t like you much, either, so I can’t really blame him.”
He closes the book and sets it to the side. “What is it that you want?”
“I want to apologize for the way I acted earlier.”
“Why?”
“Because I was harsh and abrupt, and I figure it’s better to apologize before I ask you to teach me than after.”
“What made you change your mind?”
“The Avengers are sending a jet to pick us up tomorrow. All of us need to be ready for what’s coming, and Heimdall won’t be able to make it before Thanos does.”
He grins and leans forward on his knees, clearly enjoying this. “So what you’re saying is… you need my help.”
“Yes, that’s what I just said.”
He sighs and leans against the back of the couch, examining his nails. “It’s alright to admit you were wrong, you know.”
“I literally just did. I’m saying that I need your help to fully understand my magic.”
“Now,” he rises to his feet and quickly approaches me. “Was that so hard?”
I roll my eyes and walk off to the back door. “You’re ridiculous.”
Alright, so we’re headed directly towards a confrontation with Thanos. More than a little stressful to think about, if I’m being honest. Learning from Loki won’t be any treat either, I’m sure.
I’d love to hear your thoughts on this chapter! How do you feel about Loki’s place with the reader and Thor? What do you think will happen next? Be sure to like, reblog, comment, and/or shoot me an ask and tell me all about it!

Summary: You live in a world where soulmates don’t exist. Like, at all. Non-existential. Literal, actual fiction. So... why is the God of Thunder convinced that you’re his?
Prompt 30
Thor – Borrowing each other’s clothes to complete their ideal fall aesthetic.
As you pulled on the jeans, you tucked in the black vest top into them before you sighed and looked at your jumpers. There wasn’t any of yours that you wanted to wear today, so you made your way to Thor’s side. Opening the door you were meet with a knitted one, smiling you reached forward and grabbed it before you brung it up to your nose, taking in a deep breath you relaxed when his smell surrounded you.
Quickly you pulled it on and watched as the sleeves fell way past your hands, rolling them up as best you could you then turned to the mirror and noticed that it hung past you bum, almost to mid thigh.
The door opened and you turned to Thor as he entered the room. He looked at you before doing a double take when he noticed the jumper he smiled widely before he laughed.
‘I think it’s a little big for your dear.’ He said, you pouted before shrugging only for one of the shoulders to fall off yours.
‘I don’t care, its comfy.’ You informed him, he smiled and nodded pressing a kiss to your forehead before offering you his hand. You quickly took it before you both made your way out.
