I’ve never really made a post like this before but I’ll try my best to explain everything. My cousin has recently been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes just a few days ago, after her mom took her to the doctors, then to urgent care, and then to a hospital 2 hours away from their home. She had only been hours away from going into a diabetic coma. As of now, she is doing better, but money is tight, and with her family going back and forth from their home to the hospital that is 2+ hours away, and insurance not completely covering costs, it’s not getting better. Adalynn is gong to have to receive 4 insulin shots daily for most likely the rest of her life. To help cover costs, my mom has created a gofundme page to support her best friend and her family.
